There are a few stairs (5–6 steps) leading down to the basement apartment. The entrance is completely private—no shared spaces—so you’ll have full, exclusive access throughout your stay. For added peace of mind, the property is monitored by security cameras around the exterior to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Heating & Cooling:
The entire house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. Please note that the basement does not have a separate thermostat. However, we're more than happy to adjust the temperature to any reasonable level you prefer during your stay—just let us know!

Backyard access:
Please note that your booking includes access to the basement level of the property. The backyard is shared, and we kindly ask that you use it only when it is not in use by others. Additionally, we have friendly, non-aggressive dogs who enjoy playing in the backyard. For everyone's safety, we kindly request that you refrain from using the backyard while the dogs are outside playing.
