What makes this property unique
This home was substantially renovated in 2018 and has been well maintained since. The interior is attractively decorated and a well-equipped kitchen.
The main level has kitchen, dining area, access to the elevated deck, primary bedroom with en suite bathroom at one end of the house, another full bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms at the other end of the house.
Downstairs there is a living room at one end of the house and a family room with TV, foosball and PacMan at the other. There is also a small home theatre with a big screen!
The elevated deck is set up for relaxing. The patio has a dining table and grill. There is an expansive backyard and a fire pit with chairs.
Note: This home is a primarily a short-term rental property, so not cluttered with owner-occupants' possessions. The owners have very thoughtfully furnished and equipped it to make guests’ holidays enjoyable.
