Don and I moved to Seattle from the Bay Area in 2021. When our new home came with a Guesthouse, we decided to host and have loved every minute since. We take pride in offering a home away from home for travelers, both near and far.

Wallingford is an amazing neighborhood with a diverse landscape and population. We chose to live here because of its walkability, central city location, and proximity to freeways.
What makes this property unique
Our home and the vacation units are very quiet and away from the street. You'll be in the city's heart but feel like you're tucked into a cozy nook.
