Luxury Vacation Villa By The Sea With Private Pool And BBQ

Villa Aeolos is a luxurious vacation villa, located only 50 meters away from Barbati beach, overlooking the Ionian Sea. Since it was initially built as the owner’s main residence, every single detail is taken care of personally.
The Villa can accommodate up to 10 guests (8 in the bedrooms, 2 in the playroom) and has private pool with hydromassage jets and variety of different light colours during the night, private garden with fragrant flowers, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, A/C in all rooms, stone built-in BBQ, free Wi-Fi & playroom with gym equipment and a ping pong table.

Ground floor
An elegantly decorated living and dining room with fireplace on the ground floor leads out to the veranda with a spectacular view of the sea, where nothing stands between you and the sense of tranquility and the sea breeze. Α bright and fully equipped kitchen faces the garden area, where a stone built-in barbeque is located. A bedroom with two single beds and adjacent shower room is also located on the ground floor.

Upper Level
Wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which offers a spacious double Master bedroom (king size bed) with sea facing veranda and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi spa bathtub for complete relaxation, plus a separate Jacuzzi jet shower unit. An adjacent children’s bedroom includes 2 single beds and en suite shower room.

Lower Level
The lower ground floor level (accessible by inside staircase as well as exterior steps) offers a small studio unit, including a sitting area with double sofa bed, kitchenette and en suite shower room. The studio can comfortably accommodate 2 guests in privacy. On this level there is a home cinema, a ping pong table and two additional sofa beds, making the ideal playroom for you and your loved ones. There is an additional bathroom for use in this area. Ironing and laundry facilities are also available. All internal areas are fully air-conditioned, providing an excellent private climate control.

Outdoors
Dip into the private infinity edge swimming pool and soak up the most enchanting Mediterranean views on offer. To ensure absolute pampering and relaxation the pool includes a separate part with whirlpool. Comfortable sunloungers are right next to pool, where you can lay down and enjoy the sun. The unique and modern external shower attached to the olive tree has been characterized by most of our guests as the villa's best part! Private parking space and BBQ facilities are available on the premises.

Guest access
Villa Aeolos is being rented as a whole property, therefore our guests are not expected to share any space which is advertised with others. It is a private property and each reservation is valid only for the number of guests who booked it.

Other things to note
The house is not suitable for guests with mobility needs. Pets are not allowed in any space of the property (neither inside nor outside). Parties are not allowed. The guests should respect the Quiet Hours from 15:00 until 17:30 and from 23:00 until 07:00.
The private pool is closed from the beginning of November until the end of March.
