Quiet calm at water’s edge

The units are essentially separate apartments with spectacular bay views, particularly at sunrise and sunset. We were grateful the weather cooperated allowing us to both relax in an intimate setting as well as exploring the amazing area. It is also a place I would consider going alone, to spend some quiet time to write. The host was great, easy to work with and attentive. The decor and appliances are what I would call upscale modern. An easy place to stay.

About the host

Host profile image
I'm a native Californian. I do quite a bit of volunteering for policy that aims to address climate change. I'm a practicing Buddhist with a love of our beautiful planet's natural resources. I enjoy gardening, hiking, biking, and most of all my wonderful family!

I also appreciate the opportunity to meet and help our guests who come from all over the world (but I don't force any conversations:-)

Why they chose this property

It is a fantastic neighborhood, close to so many things with great views, weather and an abundance of clear air.

What makes this property unique

Life on the water is so different from life on the land! We experience the daily ebb and flow of the tides and the atmospherics that come with San Francisco Bay's meteorology.
