It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Dubai Marina and literally 10/15 minutes from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The JBR walk and Bluewaters Island is a 5/10-minute drive away with options for dining and fun.

Our charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on 24th floor the views are utterly fantastic. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, roof top swimming pool (with some awesome views of Dubai Marina) and a tennis court. So, if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan living area (complete with Netflix on the T.V.!!), you'll also love the balcony to chill out.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsey would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

The apartment fits 4 people comfortably, we'll leave you fight over who has which bed:

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

You also have a private car parking space. There is a large supermarket in the building as well as other useful shops in the surrounding area. You can walk to the Marina promenade in just 2/3 minutes also.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
