Our charming 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 12th floor so the views are amazing. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym , so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with smart T.V.!!), you'll also love the view which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

The apartment fits 2 people comfortably in a King bed with en-suite.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.

The nearest supermarket is super close as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is the bus line which is a short walk away. There are free parking spaces under the building.

The Neighborhood:
Located right in the centre of Jabal Ali First, Discovery Gardens. Located in the newly developed vicinity of the 2020 Expo development, this area offers a contemporary family-orientated environment, with all the comfort and warmth of traditional neighbourhood living. There is an abundance of open space and is located very close to Discovery Gardens and the Ibn Battuta Mall!

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber is available in Dubai if you choose.

Other Things to Note:
SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of 150 AED

If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
