The Sunrise Beach Villa presents itself as an authentic, spacious beach villa directly on the sandy beach and impresses with its many staggered buildings, which are all connected to each other and thus create a spacious living atmosphere.
The property consists of a large main wing, the Sunrise Beach House with two bedrooms and the connected two-storey outbuilding, the Sunrise Beach Cottage with a further bedroom, its own kitchen and dining area, lounge and living room as well as its own sun veranda.
All bedrooms in the villa have en-suite bathrooms and are equipped with showers. Two bedrooms have stunning sea views and romantic outdoor showers. The self-catering accommodation is aimed at nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The villa is located in a secure residential complex (24/7 security service).
Enjoy unrivalled privacy on the huge veranda with dining area, lounge, sun loungers and outdoor showers. You can reach the nearby sandy beach via a wooden walkway directly in front of the veranda.

We are from Germany. On our first trip to this country many years ago, we fell in love with South Africa, its impressive and diverse nature and its people. Today we live far away from the hustle and bustle of a big city, directly on the beach and with the sea. Waking up every day to the sound of the waves and the surf gives us a deep sense of satisfaction.
