Your main-floor primary bedroom is nothing short of fancy. Think: a king-size bed that you may never want to leave, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub that practically begs for bubbles. Did we mention the walk-in shower and dual sinks? Because, yes, you get both. Upstairs, your guests will enjoy two additional bedrooms with queen beds, 2 twin rollaway beds, and even a desk for “working” (but we both know you’re just checking emails between naps).

· Your safety matters. Our property is equipped with live, audio/video, exterior security cameras. All cameras face out and do not record any interior spaces.
· Bed linens for all beds, beach/pool towels, & bath towels are provided.
· Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry pods, one trash bag per trash can, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and makeup removing wipes, per bathroom.

POOL RULES
• SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK
• Children under 16 are not allowed without an adult
• No running, jumping, diving, or horseplay
• NO GLASS of any kind is permitted in the pool area
• No food is allowed in the pool
• Babies and all non-potty-trained children MUST wear swim diapers while in the pool
• Please keep umbrellas closed when not in use
CARGO LIFT
• NO PERSON is allowed on the cargo lift at any time
• Keep lift doors closed when not in use
• Do not remove cargo lift remote controls from their respective locations
• A $100 FINE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR LOST OR DAMAGED CARGO LIFT REMOTE CONTROLS
