The exterior wraparound private balcony is the perfect location to sit down and drink a nice cup of coffee. On a clear day or night, you may be lucky enough to see a space launch from the nearby spaceport.

The large open living and kitchen space features tiled floors, crown molding, and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully furnished to support any culinary needs.
