I'm a private owner agreed to rent for short/mid term.
My Funchal 2 Broom flat is tidy, confortable, clean, full equiped, with fast WIFI and good support all over your stay.
It is located in a residential popular area with all facilities around. Transport, shops, medical, etc.

!!! Stay and service agreement 2024 (AL self catering)
Legal prerequisite: ALL guests must present travel identification, including children and nationals (+NIF), prior to scheduling check-in or allowing entry. You agree/ confirm you are the member adult, over 25 years old, staying for the entire period. NO PETS aloud.
You agree to cover any damage over € 50 caused by your group, or noncompliance with the regulations.
Please report any accident, breakage or anomaly within 24 hours.
Do not try to repair it yourself.
Ensure to communicate asap for any problem
No late complaints will be taken into consideration.
1) RATES & CONDITIONS: Independent full flat apartment with all facilities (for bathroom and kitchen). Self catering.
You have the use of the unit in solo.
a)The basic rate covers 2 available rooms for maximum 4 persons present at any time.
b) You may ask for a 10€/day discount if you only need one room available for maximum 2 persons; the second one will stay closed.
°CHECKIN / CHECKOUT: We need flight data asap to plan the check-in/out staff
CHECK-IN takes place between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., it includes a cross-check of identity travel documents, internal rules to sign and welcome information. A snack is offered.
Please respect the agreed schedules. Someone will wait for you there for max 1 hour (send a message in case of delay).
CHECK-OUT: until 11 a.m. From 12 a.m., a double final cleaning fee may be asked.
The house is visited at check- in and at check out, it must be given back at its original conditions .
No luggage storage (sanitary reasons)
REMINDER :
- Please avoid receiving letters/parcels in the mai box (for reasons of law security).
- Please take care to have all your belongings with you upon departure. We only may send back your personal documents, no packages.
2) (*) LEGAL REGISTRATION:
ALL traveler's IDs for SEF authorities (law).
At no time exceed 4 people present without prior request/agreement per inbox.
Please send all the travel IDs (data or photo) as soon as possible as defined below:
✓ Full name (and gender), Date of birth, Country of birth Country/city of residence ✓
Nationality, Type of identity document, Travel document number, country/of issue. validity
✓ Arrival date, Departure date For nationals: +NIF (for nationals)
3) LIMITATIONS:
° Smoking only outdoors.
° No parties/events (even family), only guests use is authorized. Quiet time 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.
It is ilegal to exceed the legal limit of people to spend the night.
° No children under the age described
° No animals present at any time
4) HOUSEHOLD WITH SECURITY
Weekly cleaning for more than a one-week stay is mandatory (see local regulations ref. in the last photo)
This is included for the first 3 months. It shall be an extra cost after that period.
Cleaning keeps AL free of tropical endemic pest species, allergens and Covid safer.
We will schedule weekly cleaning, which is not flexible.
Trustable personnel have the keys at the scheduled time to enter.
Please make this work secure for everyone (weekly and upon departure):
- Keep your belongings (textiles, papers, shoes, etc.) off the surfaces to be cleaned.
- Please release the room being cleaned.
- Waste must be taken out in appropriate containers outdoors.
- No dirty dishes in the kitchen, dishwasher available.
- Linen stocks: do not manipulate stocks. Linen is provided by staff.
Please do not use white towels other than for bathing. For the beach or makeup, there are colorful napkins and rolls of paper.
5) SAFETY OF PEOPLE AND PROPERTY:
- The house has all the safety equipment required by law.
- All doors and windows must remain closed during your absence under your responsibility.
- ACCIDENTS/INJURIES Hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses,
damages occurring during the stay which are not due to defective equipment under the responsibility
of the host.
- DAMAGE due to guests: Please report any damage/anomaly immediately by text.
Customers are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Do not repair the goods yourself.
