I'm a private owner agreed to rent for short/mid term.
My Funchal 2 room apartment is tidy, confortable, clean, full equiped, with fast WIFI and good support all over your stay.
It is located in a residential popular area with all facilities around.
Please read the rules and conditions to approve and sign.

Prerequisite: ALL guests must present travel identification, including children and nationals (+NIF), prior to scheduling check-in or allowing entry.

-You agree to be an adult member over 30 years old staying for the entire period and responsible.
NO animals permited at any time (allergies)
You agree to cover any damage greater than €50 caused by your group, including due to non-compliance with the regulations.
Please report any accident, breakage or anomaly within 24 hours.
Do not try to repair it yourself.
No late complaints will be taken into consideration.

1) CONDITIONS
Independent gîte. The house is provided with welcome entrances (bathroom and kitchen)
You have the use of the unit in solo but the number of rooms available changes with the rate:
a) The basic rate covers one available room, max. 2 people.
b) An additional room is available for a maximum of 2 people*
* subject to declare and pay for additional room 30€/day.

°CHECHIN / CHECKOUT: We need the IDs and the flight data to plan the personal check-in.
Check-in takes place between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., it includes a cross-check of identity documents, internal rules to sign and welcome information.
Please respect the agreed times. Someone will wait for you there for max 1 hour (please send a message in case of delay).

Departure: until 11 a.m. From 12 p.m., a double final cleaning fee is due. Upon departure, the house is visited to check all in its original condition (to release the deposit or agree for compensaition) . No luggage storage (sanitary reasons)

REMINDER :
- We cannot permit the use of the post box to receive letters/parcels for legal reasons (security).
- Please take care to have all your belongings with you upon departure.

2) (*) LEGAL REGISTRATION:
ALL traveler IDs for SEF authorities (law). No more than 4 people present at any time without prior request/agreement per mail.
Please send all identity data (or photo) asapas as defined bellow:

✓ Full name (and gender), Date of birth, Country of birth, Country/city of residence ✓ Nationality, Type of identity document, Travel document number, country/of issue, validity
✓ Arrival date, Departure date and for nationals: +NIF

3) LIMITATIONS:
° Smoking only outdoors.
° No parties/events (even family), only residential use authorized. Quiet time 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. It is prohibited to exceed the legal limit of people to spend the night (law).
° No children under the age described
° No animals present at any time

4) HOUSEHOLD
Weekly cleaning for an over one-week stay is mandatory (see local regulations ref. in the last photo) The cost is offered for the first 3 months.
Cleaning keeps the AL free of endemic pest species, allergens and Covid safer.
We will schedule weekly cleaning and inform ; schedule is not flexible.
Trusted personnel have the keys to enter during the scheduled time.

Please make this work secure for everyone (weekly and upon departure):
- Keep all your belongings (textiles, papers, shoes, etc.) off the surfaces to be cleaned.
- Please free the room being cleaned.
- Waste must be taken out in the appropriate containers (outdoors).
- No dirty dishes in the kitchen, dishwasher is available.
- Linen stocks: do not manipulate the stocks. Linen is provided by the staff.
Please do not use white towels other than for bathing. For the beach or makeup, there are colorful napkins and rolls of paper.

- 5) SAFETY OF PEOPLE AND PROPERTY:
- The house has all the safety equipment required by law.
- All doors and windows must remain closed during your absence, under your responsibility.
- ACCIDENTS/INJURIES : Hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, damages, occurring during the stay which are not due to defective equipment under the responsibility of the host.
- DAMAGE due to guests: Please report any damage/anomaly immediately by texto writen. Customers are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
