Great location and very helpful!

Absolutely loved our stay. Everyone was extremely helpful and the lication was fantaatic. Very close to the subway. Hope to come back again!

Nice place

Clean lovely place as advertised. Delancey St can be noisy so that's the only drawback.

Noisy lower east side apartment

4th floor walk up, little sketchy area. Very noisy at night (busy intersection). Very close to the train and Essex market.

9 night stay in Lower East Side

It has 3 bedrooms. important for our boys' privacy, all of a reasonable size. The living room/kitchen was small but had a toaster, microwave, cooker (we only worked out the gas hob) and coffee maker.The subway was literally 30 seconds from the apartment building - absolutely brilliant as we didn't take a single taxi other than the one from the airport (100 dollars inc tip).We loved the atmosphere - people are really friendly and helpful - and the access to local stores like a pharmacy as well as the abundant diners and restaurants and numerous, good quality but low priced food off food trucks (Indian and Mexican).
