You'll have access to the whole property, except for the basement

Our dedicated team is available to serve our guests from 9AM-10PM EST 7 Days a week, 365 days a year! Outside of these hours we are available for emergencies as needed.

Our townhome is perfectly situated in the Ninth Street Historic District, near the heart of downtown Cincinnati. You'll be close to the Central Business District and OTR, filled with restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Nearby highlights include Paycor Stadium, Andrew J Brady Music Center, Great American Ballpark, the riverfront, and the historic Over-the-Rhine district. Whether you're visiting for sports, culture, or dining, everything is just a short walk or ride away!

This neighborhood is highly walkable, but we also make it convenient to bring a car with the parking that we provide. Easy access to the Streetcar (FREE), bus stops, and red bike stations all within 1-2 blocks. Uber and Lyft drivers plentiful as well.

The 5th bedroom is the upstairs living room, complete with a queen size murphy bed. There are also two twin size roll-away beds in the property to comfortably sleep 16 guests.

----------Section 1 - Security Deposits:------------

If you meet the criteria below then Do Not book a reservation without inquiring with us first. If you do, we may refuse service without refund. Obtain our consent first through an inquiry if:

-You are a local resident, unless you have at least 3 reviews with a perfect 5.0 rating from other hosts
-This is a same-day booking and you do not have at least 2 reviews with a perfect 5.0 rating from hosts
-You have any negative reviews
-You intend to bring a pet

You may need to provide a $500 security deposit if you meet any of the above criteria, or if we have any reason to believe you may intend to throw a party.

We usually respond in 5 minutes or less!

----------Section 2 - Liability and Indemnity ------------

By completing your booking you acknowledge and agree to the following:

"I understand that while children are invited to stay in the property, the property has not been specifically child safety-proofed and is not specifically designed with infants and toddlers in mind. The homeowners/hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, even if it is the result of gross negligence. The homeowners/hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise."

----------Section 3- Important House Rules (and Consequences) ------------

We strive to provide a polite request in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion.

Be respectful of neighbors and the property, Be responsible, Be honest, and Don't be a jerk. More specifically, see below:

1) If you are placing a same-day reservation, please contact us BEFORE confirming your reservation. If you place the reservation without contacting us then you may be denied entry, at our discretion.

2) You may not invite anybody who is not on the reservation onto the premises. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We have cameras on the exterior of the property to monitor whether too many people are coming and going (e.g., a party).

3) If found with more people than listed on the reservation after 9:30pm then your stay may be considered a party, at our sole discretion. You will be ordered to vacate the premises without refund and your deposit may be forfeit, in addition to any damages charges.

4) Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to reduce the noise. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund.

5) Please no food in the bedrooms.

6) We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry.

----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------

- We have special rates for commercial use, filming, and events. Please contact us if you intend to film or photograph for professional or commercial use.

The following may incur a fee:
1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property.

3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $50 per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.

4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don't do it.

5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock.

6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee.
