Modern 2 Bed with Large Balconies - Pool & Sea views, Sun all day

Based in the idyllic town of São Martinho do Porto, just a 2 minute walk from the spectacular shell shaped bay & promenade which offers water sports, cafes, bars & restaurants. The complex boasts the largest pool in the town, containing both an adult & children pool, playground, secure entry & exit available only to residents, ideal for families with young children.

The apartment's position provides balcony views from two sides, both full length balconies equipped with table, chairs & sun-loungers to enable you to dine al fresco or laze in the sun from sunrise to sunset.

The bedrooms contain two single and one double bed, plenty of storage. The spacious living / dining area contains two large sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, providing comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements for up to six persons.

For your enjoyment we have provided a flat screen TV with SKY satellite Box (English channels), DVD player and stereo.

Idéal pour rayonner autour

Nous avons rejoint facilement Tomar, le château d’Almourol, Obidos et même Sintra. Deux grands balcons en boni! Beau condominium.

Très bon séjour avec quelques remarques négatives

Situation idéale. Belles terrasses. Vaisselle pas propre à cause du lave vaisselle en manque de produit d entretien et problème d 'évacuation des eaux en cuisine. À part ça très bien équipé et confortable.

Excellente expérience !

Notre séjour chez Cathal a été super ! Le logement est très confortable et spacieux avec des parties communes et une piscine très bien entretenues. Les 2 balcons sont très grands et bien exposés dont une jolie vue sur la baie et l'océan. Nicola sur place est très agréable et disponible. La plage et les petits commerces sont à proximité de l'appartement. Tout était parfait nous n'hésiterons pas à tenter l'expérience de nouveau chez Cathal si nous devions revenir à Sao Martinho. Carole et Jérôme.

Our Portugal vacation

Great privacy because of top floor location. Close to boulevard and major attractive restaurants. Check in/out with Nicola was very comfortable, no stress. The appartement provides all items for a relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend.

Sehr gut ausgestattetet Ferinenwohung mit zwei Balkonen

Perfekte Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht. Zwei Balkone. Einer für das Frühstück und der zweite fürs Abendessen. Ruhige Lage. Der Zug fährt nur einmal am Abend vorbei. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die wohnung kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen!

Excellent séjour...absolument parfait

Beau condo bien situé dans un endroit calme et tranquille avec vue sur la mer au troisième étage avec 2 grands balcons avec vues sur le village à l'est et sur la plage à l'ouest. Belle propriété propre avec accès à l'espace de stationnement intérieur via l'ascenseur. Belle et grande piscine à l'arrière où il fait bon se relaxer sur les chaises longues au bord de cette dernière. À 2 pas de la plage de sable blond et de bons restaurants et cafés à proximité vraiment très abordables... le poulet crapaudine cuit sur charbon de bois est vraiment excellent et vaut le petit détour. Il y aussi un supermarché à proximité pour faire les courses. Nicola et Cathal sont des hôtes vraiment très gentils et accommodants, merci à vous deux pour votre accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons cette endroit à tous !!!! 😀

Very nice apt

Apartment layout very good with 2 double bedrooms, lounge diner, separate fully equipped kitchen and adequate bathroom. Easy 5/10 minutes walk into the centre. One minus would be TV, description says sky programs, none found not a problem for us but may be issue for some.

Sao Martinho do Porto is a little oasis

We loved our stay. Nicola and her daughter Amy were wonderful hosts. They responded quickly to our messages via Whats App and gave recommendations to great local restaurants. You can walk to basically everywhere including the sand dunes. Highly recommend this property and location!

Decepcionante

En cuanto a la limpieza en general deja mucho que desear, y falta menaje en la cocina, sartenes, cazuelas... La televisión sólo se ven unos cuantos canales, con lo que cobran podrían invertir en ello, para que el huésped tenga la opción de poder ver algo más. También no estaría mal que por lo menos una de las habitaciones tuviera tv. Cuando llegamos el agua de la piscina estaba sucia.

Heerlijk appartement!

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit appartement. Centraal gelegen, slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het strand en centrum. Een eigen parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage, wat wel nodig is in de drukke augustusmaand. 2 balkons met prachtig uitzicht naar de bergen en naar de zee. Zo heb je altijd zon en schaduw. Een complete keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Een ruim zwembad met ligbedden. Het enige minpunt vonden onze kinderen/we de wifi, die was te traag en werkte niet goed.

Great location and wonderful views all day

We had a lovely stay in the apartment and it was such a good location for accessing all the local amenities. Nicola was on hand throughout our stay to answer any questions we had. Only couple of minor suggestions- sofa could do with an update as peeling and bathroom may need some work. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend to any family, especially with young children.

Spacious apartment short walk from the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment-we stayed for a week with our 8 year old son. The apartment is very spacious & is in a good location close to the beach, train station, shops & restaurants. We enjoyed using the pool & were impressed that there were showers & changing rooms close to the pool & a member of staff in attendance. The apartment has two balconies which was very useful & we enjoyed eating our meals outside. We had a lovely holiday & really enjoyed Sao Martinho do Porto-a lovely relaxed location for a family holiday. However we did think the condition of the sofas did not match the photos & bathroom was in need of some updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Super gezinsvakantie

Wij zijn in juli in Sao Martinho geweest . Het appartement was echt leuk en de eigenaar en de dame die voor ons zorgde, waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. We konden met alle vragen bij hen terecht, veel tips en wetenswaardigheden over Sao Martinho van hen ontvangen. Het appartement was mooi ingericht en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Helemaal fantastisch was het avondeten bij zonsondergang op het balkon. De swimming pool was geweldig voor de kinderen. Minpuntje was wel, dat er op drukke dagen te weinig zonnestoelen waren. We zaten vlakbij het strand en de winkels. Het strand was erg mooi en door het ondiepe water veilig voor kleine kinderen. Je kon aan verschillende kleine Beach Bars zitten, erg gezellig! De vele verschillende restaurants waren verrassend goed, met lekker eten voor weinig geld. Kortom, we hebben een geweldige vakantie met ons gezin gehad en kunnen het appartement van harte aanbevelen.
