☆ Fully Stocked Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features new, mostly Samsung appliances, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove with air fryer functionality, and a Ninja coffee maker that brews pods, grounds, and offers a feature for iced coffee. Whether you’re brewing your morning coffee, preparing a gourmet meal, or whipping up a quick snack for a poolside BBQ, everything you need is right here. Plus, there’s a full set of BBQ tools to make grilling a breeze. Guests can also enjoy the Ninja Slushee machine to create their favorite frozen beverages.

We provide a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets and pool toys. We’ve also stocked kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!

☆ Pet-Friendly: We warmly welcome your furry friends! There is a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Please remember that cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home to avoid noise complaints.
* Extra pet fees (plus tax) will be added through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly inform us if you’re traveling with a pet.

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes every Tuesday and Friday morning; they come and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.

☆ Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it's natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you'd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

☆ Bachelorette Parties: Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If you're booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!

Downtown Palm Springs is a 2.8 mile drive from our home. The home is located in the neighborhood Desert Highland Gateway Estates in Palm Springs, California.

The area is known for its scenic desert landscapes and its proximity to Palm Springs' downtown area, offering residents easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. It is part of the larger Coachella Valley area, which is known for its golf courses, hot springs, and outdoor recreational opportunities, including hiking and horseback riding.

The neighborhood is going through redevelopment and retains a culturally diverse community today.

Guests have several options to get around:
1. Car Rentals: Renting a car is often the most convenient way to get around Palm Springs, especially for visiting places outside of the city like Joshua Tree National Park or other parts of Coachella Valley.
2. Rideshares/Taxis: Companies like Uber and Lyft operate in Palm Springs, as do traditional taxi services. These are useful for quick trips around town if you prefer not to drive.
3. Bicycles: Palm Springs is a bike-friendly city with many designated bike lanes and routes. You can rent a bike to explore the city at your own pace.
4. Public Transportation: The SunLine Transit Agency operates the public bus service in Palm Springs, with routes connecting various parts of the city. However, buses might not be as convenient for some tourists due to limited hours and frequency.
5. Walking: If you're staying downtown, many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Walking can be pleasant during the cooler months, but remember that Palm Springs can get very hot, especially in the summer.
6. Scooters: Some areas of Palm Springs also have electric scooters for rent, which can be a fun way to get around.
