HOUSE 1:
Arriving at the property, you will find covered parking for two vehicles under the carport. Additional vehicles can park on the gravel driveway. The front door is equipped with a WiFi-enabled smart lock to ensure a stress-free check in (rest assured, we’ve got a key in a convenient lockbox should an issue arise with the lock).
Under the covered front portal, there is an antique wood bench. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or simply bask in the glory of a perfect waiting spot. Complimentary firewood for the indoor kiva fireplace and outdoor cone fireplace is stacked near the front door.
House 1 Living Room:
As you step into the home, you will enter a bright and spacious living room with tall viga ceilings and mountain views. A genuine leather Article sofa, a pair of leather West Elm chairs, and a comfortable pouf offer seating for 6. The walls are decorated with original art and proofs from our favorite local southwest artists, including Micqaela Jones, Deborah Duran Geiger and more!
To your right, there is a wood burning kiva fireplace. While the home has radiant floor heating, you’re encouraged to make a small fire to up the cozy factor on those cool desert nights. To the left, there is a 65-inch Roku HD TV. Please BYOL (bring your own logins) to enjoy all of your own streaming services.
House 1 Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a Zinus green tea memory foam mattress and premium linens (an amazing sleep is in your future!). Featuring “Telling Stories” and custom Portola lime wash “El Coyote” paint, the primary bedroom is a relaxing and stylish getaway. Contemporary bedside tables and a matching dresser, reading lights and a full-length mirror ensure the bedroom is fully appointed. One pack n’ play is available for families with kids, including a mattress and sheets.
Within the primary bedroom, there is a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace outfitted with a plush leather chair, a modern writing desk, and excellent WiFi.
The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in closet, double vanity with marble counter, luxury waterfall shower with herringbone tile surround, and a separate jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation.
In all bathrooms, we provide complimentary bath essentials, including eco-friendly health-conscious Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion, as well as amazing extra-large Vidori towels from Standard Linen.
House 1 Second and Third Bedrooms:
The second and third bedrooms both have a queen-sized bed with Zinus green tea memory foam mattresses, bedside tables with reading lights, and a small closet.
