50th Birthday Trip
The accommodations were adorable, immaculate, and thoughtful in details. The location allow us to walk to the east end of the Cliff Walk and a number of restaurant options. Lovely stay and lovely host.

Cute but narrow stairs and low celilngs
This is a great location, great owner and a very cute apartment. Super clean. The owner was very responsive both before and during but we are over 70. The stairs are very narrow and there are three flights; the owner provided help getting our luggage up the stairs which was great. The carpet (short shag), although clean, must have triggered my allergies, because I got an immediate headache (normal when I have an allergic reaction) so we had to make other plans. I can see younger people or families staying here and having a great time. It is so close to everything in Newport. It just wasn't the right place for us this trip.

Deborah was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had! When I arrived, she provided me with some nice restaurant recommendations and mentioned the beach down the street as well as the outdoor shower right next to the apartment entrance. The rental was cute, cozy and quiet! Perfect for relaxing after a big event like a wedding. There was coffee and water bottles for me in the kitchenette area, extra blankets in the closet, and a nice living room area where I caught up on some work. Beautiful view of the water from the bedroom window, I had caught a nice glimpse of it at sunrise. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment- great location
This was a wonderful apartment for my short vacation in RI. It was close to everything - good food, the beach and Cliff Walk. Deborah was wonderful - so helpful and nice. My only wish would be to have a thermostat in the apt. Deborah was great about keeping the place cool when needed and quick to respond. I would stay here again in a minute. Oh and most important the beds were very comfortable.

I love the location of this unit. Quiet neighborhood but less than 5 min walk to Easton Beach and good restaurants. Very easy drive to Thames and the mansions. It’s a small place but perfect size for us. Deb makes herself available for questions and gave great recommendations. We’ve already rebooked for next year!

Deb was such a wonderful host and the location was perfect for us. Deb reached out to share details about getting in, knowing we would be arriving later in the night. The place was clean and charming, the extra amenities were above and beyond and so appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet, walkable area, so close to the water. We would definitely stay again!

Slice of heaven in Newport, RI
Deborah was one of the most gracious hosts I have encountered during all my years of using VRBO. She answered all questions and made fantastic restaurant and food recommendations. One was more delicious than the next! My friend and I were celebrating our 60th. We enjoyed sitting outside in her spacious backyard, sleeping in the comfy beds and taking a five minute walk to the beach. Her home is close to the Cliff Walks and the downtown area. If ever lucky enough to get back to that area-I will stay here again!

Golf trip
I was over playing a golf tournament at Newport golf club, which was only 10 mins away. Apartment is lovely, in a nice quiet area, with everything needed for the stay. Beautiful beach within 2 minute walk, which I used everyday to clear the head. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Overall great 7 day trip👍👍

Coastal Charms and Comfort: Deb's VRBO – My Rhode Island Escape
I had a fantastic experience staying at Deb's VRBO in Rhode Island. As a solo traveler seeking some much-needed relaxation, this cozy space was exactly what I needed. The two bedrooms provided ample room, and Deb's attention to detail was impressive. The place was immaculate, and she even had coffee and creamer ready for me. The best part? Both bedroom windows offered stunning ocean views. Situated in a charming neighborhood right next to Easton Beach, I could reach it in just a few minutes' walk. The quick and easy 2-minute drive to Newport allowed me to explore the city's numerous restaurants and shops, including The Nitro Bar on Thames Street, where I highly recommend trying the coffee and blueberry pancakes. Additionally, there's a delightful restaurant in Middletown called Anthony's, where I savored their delicious "stuffies" and other mouthwatering dishes. I also managed a day trip to Boston during my stay, and the location made it a breeze, taking just over an hour. I do want to mention that if you have mobility issues, the steep flight of stairs leading to the room might pose a challenge. However, if stairs aren't a concern, the central location and attentive host, Deb, who provided me with a wealth of recommendations and truly cared about my experience, make this place a gem. Thank you, Deb, for making my stay so memorable! I hope to be back again.

Most adorable place ever! - We will return!
Deborah was the most incredible hostess I have ever had at any vacation rental! She made sure we had everything we needed ++! Provided local recommendations on food, sightseeing and provided the best local knowledge. Simply Beautiful
My daughter and I spent three wonderful nights at this lovely spot for a beach getaway! The third floor apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated, roomy, very comfortable and CLEAN. We each had our own room & cable TV., plenty of space for our luggage and comfortable bed. There was a kitchenette area with coffee pot and coffee, tea kettle and tea, mini refrigerator and microwave. Deborah even had ice ready for us as well as chilled bottles of water. Everything we needed was provided. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels were also included. We enjoyed the outside shower as well. The host greeted us upon arrival and even invited us to stay a little longer on the day of checkout since we didn't have the best weather. We love that everything was within walking distance! We parked the car upon arrival and walked everywhere! We walked to two local beaches, restaurants, an ice cream shop and convenience store. The beaches had beautiful soft gray sand, waves to bob in or ride, and the water was warm! Flo's, Atlantic Grill and Clementine's where our favorite places to eat! After reading several reviews, I was concerned about the stairs leading to this third floor apartment. I am an overweight middle-aged woman. The stairs were easy to navigate! They are inside, carpeted and we're wide enough for me to carry up my luggage. This was exactly what we were looking for! We would definitely stay again when coming back to this area. Thank you Deborah for being a wonderful host!
