Two Large Double Beds and 1 loveseat sofa, TV, Fridge, MW in this Large Family Oriented Bedroom. Bath w/ glass door enclosed shower, large sink, toilet. Private entrance door to room right from the concrete driveway; park at the door and walk straight in, no need to go thru the house.
One to 4 guests - First guest $64. per night; 2nd, 3rd, 4th guests at $52 each per night; children $10. each. Dogs are allowed at $20 each per night.
Visitors allowed until 11 PM. Unregistered people not allowed to spend the night.
Laundry available: Washer, Dryer, Soap, $19 per wash.
Parking on large concrete driveway: 1st car $10 per 24 hour period, 2nd car $15.
Washington Metro Area/Maryland/Virginia - near White House, monuments, museums, Arlington Cemetery, downtown DC & University of MD. 1 mile to downtown Silver Spring, metro bus at door, good for touring, shopping, business, schools, etc.
