This lovely 57m² apartment is on the 13th floor and easily accessible by lift.
The living room is furnished with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. It also includes access to a private balcony.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
