Perfect Family Retreat
We enjoyed our family reunion here so much. . . it couldn’t have been better. It was spacious for all of our age groups with lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, sheets, and towels. We got prompt responses for every question. The views are breathtaking! Plenty of activities for everyone, including the pool.

We loved this cabin! Great for our large group, gorgeous views and well stocked.
Cabin was spacious and very well stocked for our large group. It has amazing views! Loved the the fire pit area...felt like we could reach up & touch the stars. Great size hot tub for a large cabin. Loved the two diningroom tables & counter seating to fit everyone, as well as two refrigerators! Only a couple improvements that we would suggest. (1) The lightning in the bedrooms, bathrooms and livingroom could be brighter. It was very dim. (2) Could use updated furniture on the mainfloor livingroom. It's worn and not super comfortable. (3) Probably nothing can be done for this, but hot water ran out quickly for so many people, even with staggering shower times. Even so, we give this cabin a 10/10....the updates needed are nothing major and don't take away from how wonderful the cabin is, or the owner & management team are to work with. Everyone was so kind and we would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Retreat!
This house was perfect for our large family vacation (5 families-18 people). It was clean and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our large group. Lots of room to be together or to spread out when needed! The two decks with seating were perfect for relaxing in the morning with our coffee or cocktails in the evening after a busy day in town. The kids loved having their own space on the lower level. The bunk beds were perfect for all of the kids and they enjoyed the pool table and theater room. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful property
The property was beautiful, clean and ready when we arrived. It included everything for our family to enjoy our weekend getaway. The check-in process was smooth and I was always informed of the steps to follow when we arrived. The view was breathtaking.

Perfect weekend getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Summit Oasis. We had a group of 4 families with young children and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own spaces. The kids loved the movie theater along with the dads who enjoyed watching sports. The hot tub was big enough for all the adults and with multiple kitchen areas there was enough space to fit all the food and drinks. The property was clean and described as listed. The only down sides, the bunk room was on the bottom floor and with the oldest child only being nine it was hard not to have adults staying on the same level, also the bunk room is on the floor with the hot tub, pool table and movie room, not great for adults who wanted to put kids to bed and stay up late. We did have a few leaks in the roof and low pressure in the showers, we reached out to property management who responded quickly. The house is on a well water system so multiple people can take showers at the same time. Overall it was a wonderful property, highly recommended.

Large family gathering
We came here with 4 separate groups, 2 sets grandparents and family with older children and family with young children. The set up was perfect with rooms on each floor, spacious kitchen with everything we needed, lots of entertainment and very safe on top of the mountain. Perfect for large meal time, family game time and relaxation on decks and in hot tub. Wish there were more Comfortable seating areas other than the small couch. House was mostly very clean, decks not as much and found many cobwebs in the house. Some bathrooms/tub were outdated or run down. But all in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. The check out process you can’t beat, just remove al trash and that’s it. Thank you so much

First Family Vaca
We loved this cabin! Started out bumpy as the receiver in the theater room was not working. A service man came and routed it so there was tv and movies and that was great. Loved having a washer and dryer for our family’s to use. Lots of room and we had a bear visit on a daily routine. Our favorite spot was the deck on the main floor. Morning coffee was the best!

Amazing views and people!
I visited this resort in September 2019 and was extremely pleased with the accommodations, the employees and the views!!! The views from all 11 cabins we rented were amazing! We came for our wedding and it was absolutely stunning! We hAd a couple issues with water but the maintenance team was on it so quick when we called and the staff was really nice! It’s the best vacation spot ever and we can’t wait to come back next year!

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS BUT TERRIBLE BEDS
Our family group of 12 adults spent the weekend at Summit Oasis. The Natural Retreats staff was quite helpful. The best feature of Summit Oasis is the outdoor porch featured in the photos. Beautiful sunsets and a great place to enjoy morning coffee. The beds are generally terrible. The two bedrooms on the main level have beds that need immediate replacement. The mattresses are old and you literally cannot roll over or even slightly shift without making a very loud noise. It is impossible to get much sleep. We could not tell if it was the old mattress, a creaky bed frame, or both. You can hear the folks in the adjoining bedroom as they toss and turn. The couch and chairs in the main living area need to be replaced. They are lumpy and not very comfortable. You can tolerate this, but you deserve a decent bed for the high rent paid.

Great house but support was mediocre
We reserved this house for 5 families to share. The house itself was great. Plenty of space for everyone, and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The views were breathtaking from all the porches, too.We were disappointed that the projector bulb was burned out. We promptly let management know, but they said they wouldn't be able to replace it because they had to order a new one. IMO, extra bulbs is something they should keep on hand for rental properties. One of the main reasons we secured this house was for the movie theater. We didn't get to use it at all, and management didn't seem to understand why this caused any issues.

Lovely cabin
We really enjoyed staying in your cabin as it was very clean and kept up well. The only two complaints we have are that the hot tub was broken and was not fixed until our last night there. Additionally, the televisions upstairs in two of the bedrooms did not work. We were only able to watch DVD's which was not a major issue, but a little inconvenient if we wanted to relax for a moment before bed and watch some television. One of the best things we did love about your cabin was the space and the movie room, along with the game room area. The kids loved it! Other than the hot tub like i said, the overall experience was really nice and the cabin was kept up well. Lastly, i think it is important to make people aware before they arrive to the cabin that they must be careful when coming up the mountain, especially at night b/c sometimes it is hard to see the drop offs. We had a terrible time coming up the mountain one night after dark when it was cloudy. we literally almost drove off the mountain b/c it was so cloudy that we could not see what was around the corner or ahead of us. That gave everyone anxiety the first night and almost ruined our first night there. So please warn people about the drop offs and the dangers of coming up it on a cloudy night.

Awesome Cabin
My sisters, cousins from TN, GA, MD and I had a wonderful special time together in this fabulous cabin. Even had a early Thanksgiving dinner. This was our second stay a Summit Oasis, Oct 2016 and Oct 2018. God willing we will be back 2020.

It was nice
The cabin was nice and clean and had plenty of beds to sleep 20 adults comfortably. Having all the bathrooms was nice and made getting ready for the day quick and easy for everyone. The only reasons I did not give the cabin 5 stars is because I was told the projector bulb was out and it would be in on the first night of our stay. The projector never did show up, which the media room would have been nice to take advantage of since it was advertised on the website. The only other thing is they only had 3 pool sticks and only one of them had a tip on it. These things were minor in the grand skeem of things, but would have been nice to have. The open space around the kitchen with all the windows was plenty big enough for every one to hang out, eat, and play games together. We had an excellent trip and would recommend the cabin to anyone.

A house big enough for 16 family members!
Seven adults and nine children spent four days here and we all had a blast. The house is big enough that we could spend time doing our own activities or hang out together. It's close enough to the Smokey Mountain parks and trails that we spend three mornings hiking and exploring. The entire family would like to stay here again.

Lots of things were broken or not working
Leaking sink, leaking bathtub down into kitchen, most chairs in movie theater broken, most tv remotes in all bedrooms out of batteries. House needs a lot of upkeep work that has not been done.

Our Daughter's Wedding Ceremony
We had a destination wedding here for 132 guests. Most of the guests rented cabins. The view from all the cabins was breathtaking. You are located near many tourist attractions which were enjoyed by the children as well as the parents. I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the wedding event planner, the decorations, the food and the lodge. What a beautiful view for the wedding ceremony

Overall it was "ok" but for the price should be 5-star accomodations
Had a family reunion here so the cabin was at capacity. Rooms were spacious and each had a private bath/shower. Plenty of space to hang out on the multiple decks and around the fire pit. Good sized kitchen with plenty of room for meal prep. Our concerns: - Lower level toilets (in bunk room and by pool table) had trouble flushing. We put them off-limits. - Pool table has seen much better days. Nowhere near level and rough felt. - Theater room seats are in really bad shape. I think the photo you see is when they were brand new. - Surround Sound in theater room inop (Receiver/amp kept powering off) so had to use the projector built-in speaker - Moisture on the floor/carpet on lower level bunk-room entrance way. Maintenance guy wasn't sure what was causing it but there was a moldy smell. - After about the 3rd day the hot-tub had lost water and was smelling weird. Called maintenance but nobody ever showed to address it. - Neither Ice maker in the kitchen fridges were working Overall we enjoyed our stay, however again, for the price of this cabin it should be 5-star all the way and instead it was closer to 3-star accommodation. Thanks, Tom

Absolutely beautiful
I visited this cabin with a group of friends and our families fir a Wedding held at Brothers Cove in June. Summit Oasis #76 was great. It rained and the 15 kids we all have had no problem staying busy with plenty of room to run. There was a leak and a few other very minor things but maintenance came the same day we called. The cabin had great views and the pics online doesn't do it justice. Getting up to the cabin the first time was a little unnerving (coming frim ohio) the drive up the mountain is a bit intimidating....but is well worth it.....and by the end if the week it was a breeze. Bring trash bags for sure..if you are traveling with as many as we did you will have a lot of trash. And if you plan on grilling bring charcoal. Also you can get beer at the local Kroger but if you are looking fir liquor bring your own from home. Also bring a few extra towels. We seemed to be a few short. Plenty of blankets, pillows and sheets were available though. Hope this helps:)

Beautiful house but problems from day 1!
We visited this home early June, 2017. We were taking our elderly father on probably his last family vacation, as his health is declining everyday. There were problems with the house from the very first day to the last day. The kitchen faucet was broken and was hard to use. When it was finally fixed, it leaked constantly. One of the upstairs bathtubs leaked through the ceiling on to the kitchen floor. When I called the 24 hour maintenance number that night, I was told that I would have to call back and then was hung up on. My sister called back and that person apologized for the girl hanging up on me. The maintenance man came that night. He was unable to fix it. They sent a professional plumber the next day to fix the faucet and the leaky bathtub. Neither one were fixed. The ones staying in that room had to go downstairs to use another bathroom which was a big inconvenience. The upstairs deck had a lot of cob webs all around it, which is especially not good with small children. When I got up the last morning that we were there, the kitchen floor was flooded and I had to clean it up before anyone slipped and fell. Not sure if the leak was from the dishwasher or the sink. I have stayed in a lot of cabins, but none with as many problems as this one. If you are going to stay in this cabin, bring casserole dishes if you are planning on cooking. This cabin was very pricey, especially because of all of the problems that we had. We did love the theatre room!! The beds were also very comfortable.

Eveything about this cabin is great!!!
My family and I have been visiting the Smokey Mountains once to twice a year for the past 10-12 years, and we have stayed at Brothers Cove a majority of that time. This is by far the best cabin we have ever stayed in. Starting with the view all the way to the beds being extremely comfortable. We had 3 families staying and at no time did we fell cramped. Better yet the kids never got bored.

Great Amenities
The place was wonderful. The family had a great time! It would be difficult for me to say this house fits 24 people, as there are enough beds for that many but it depends on your ratio of adults to kids. We had 18 people and it fit perfectly. We all found it extremely annoying that we paid a very high cleaning fee, yet no one comes to clean during your stay and in addition you need to supply your own paper towel, garbage bags, dishing liquid and soap. This house is pretty expensive to need to have to supply any of that on your own during your stay. We needed maintenance to come and look at a couple of things, they came immediately and were very thorough and responsive. There was some construction that left rocks all over the road and it made it very unsafe to travel down the mountain in some areas, especially in the rain. The amenities in this house were extravagant and perfect, loved by both kids and adults.
