Cleaning, linen and Resort fees are included in our pricing under "Host Fee".
We do a credit card authorization of $300 as a security deposit, one day before check-in, but never charge your credit card. We automatically release this authorization hold 2 days after check-out.

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

If you reached us through vrbo/homeaway/expedia you will have to book through that channel as we do not accept direct bookings when approached through those channels. For repeat guests we may provide our vacationsatdestin site.

We do not have snowbird monthly rates. We provide a 20% discount for stays longer than 28 days. This discount is already built into the rate you see when you go to "pay now".

Our similar other unit's VRBO listing numbers are given at the end of this description. You may check those if your dates do not show availability.

Cleaning and linen fees are included in our pricing either under "Resort Fee". The longer you stay, the less rent you pay per night since the Resort fee is averaged over your stay.

We provide linens and towels for condo use. Please bring your beach/pool towels.

Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

Remodeled condo with new appliances and splendid ocean views. You will have a unique experience.

Guest will have access to the condo and all the amenities of Majestic Sun and Seascape Resort. They will have access to all Seascape HOA pools in addition to Majestic Sun pool

I am just a phone call away but give guests space to enjoy their vacation home experience.

Seascape Resort is at Miramar beach and it is a very friendly place. You will love the close by restaurants and the beach.

A car is recommended. You will need to purchase groceries if you want to cook in the unit, also lot's of places to visit in Destin. To visit close by restaurants and the beach however you do not need any transportation. Everything is within walking distance.

We provide a Pack n' Play in the unit (no kid's mattress or linens)

We provide beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. You may also rent chairs and umbrella from the beach vendor if you so desire.

We offer a Regular and Keurig combination coffee brewing machine in the unit. Please bring coffee and filters.

The Ocean sunrise and sunset views of the unit is priceless. Please check our pictures, do not just take our word for it.

Make sure you print the reservation page, Security at the gate checks if you have a valid reservation.
