Just a short stroll to the beach, enjoy the embodiment of island living in this quaint newly remodeled condo which features a unique Galanz retro refrigerator and subway tile backsplash. A Zenlike tiled surround shower with multiple shower heads can act as your refuge after a day of fun in the sun. Centrally located. It is a leisurely walk to the local bars and restaurants as well.
Note: This is a second floor unit.
-Primary renter must be 25 yrs of age or older and Air BNB verified with Govt ID.
-Pets allowed
-Parties and events prohibited.
-There is absolutely no tolerance for tobacco, vaping, or illegal drugs inside the Air BNB condo unit. We will inform authorities, if needed. Alcohol is permitted responsibly.
-Parking spot accommodates 2 vehicles, one parked in back of the other. Trailers and campers cannot be supported.
Please note: it is illegal to disturb sand dunes and sea oats under federal and Florida law - punishable by fines and jail time.
Please do not climb on the dunes.
