Two driveways offer enough space for up to 3 vehicles.

NOTE: We are DOG 🐕 friendly (pet fee $120) per stay up to 28 days, on longer stays 28 days plus might be a different price.

Other types of pets are only allowed by written consent from the host on a case by case basis.

NO, barking dogs or aggressive dogs.

Pets must be crated when left alone in the premises.

No smoking of any kind.
Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.

Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house or around the house (you can smoke but it must be away from the house).
If the home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $350 cleaning fee.

Absolutely no parties or events!

No moving furniture or appliances.

Guests must obey house occupancy limits.

Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave or before checking out.

For stays over 28 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.

Guests agree to report any issues or damages at home to the Host immediately.
