This beautiful property is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the serene beauty of Ventura Beach. The den, featuring privacy pocket doors and a queen sleeper sofa, offers an especially stunning vantage point of the coastline.
Located less than a mile from the beach, it’s a quick walk or drive to enjoy the sand and surf. Plus, our home is close to all the activities Ventura has to offer. Or, if you prefer, you can simply unwind on the large patio, soaking in the unobstructed ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The home front door entry has a ramp which allows easy access for a wheelchair, stroller, wheeled luggage & wagon full of toys from the beach. You can also access the den bedroom featuring a queen sleeper sofa which is off the dining room that allows for wide access for a wheelchair/stroller. Permit 2524
