The location is ideally situated between Hayesville, NC (4 miles), Hiawassee, GA (7 miles) & Young Harris, GA (5 miles).

Bathroom highlights: each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as a hair dryer. There is a private bathroom in each bedroom, as well as a hall bathroom on the main floor.

Kitchen highlights: The coffee maker is both drip (with a built-in coffee grounds filter) and Keurig-style. There’s a griddle, crockpot, pots & pans, utensils, handheld mixer, measuring cups, colanders, and more.

Bedroom highlights: there are three king suites, one on each floor (main, loft, and basement) each with private bathroom, a sitting chair, and a dresser, and a large closet. Regular-sized twin fold up bed is in the loft bedroom closet.

Entertainment: There are smart TVs in the living room, the main floor and basement suites (not the loft bedroom), as well as cards, games, and marshmallow roasting sticks at the welcome guest console table.

Miscellaneous highlights: broom, dustpan and vacuum are available for guests.

Outdoor amenities: driveway is circular and loops around the house, firepit, patio with swing and rocking chairs overlooking the yard.

Views from our porch: Brasstown Bald (3rd mountain peak to the south), Bell Mountain (directly across the lake), Double Knob Mountain, Chimney Top Mountain, Lake Chatuge, nighttime lights of Hiawassee, amazing sunrises, and captivating moon views rising over the mountains.
