Our beautiful home is located smack-dab between Denver/Boulder. People have loved staying here! It’s perfect for families and friends, pleasure or business. House is equipped with comfy beds, central AC/heat, high speed WiFi and SlingTV. Everything is fully stocked, from bedrooms, to bathrooms, to kitchen. Bringing little ones? We provide a beautiful crib, pack and play, and highchair. CENTRAL LOCATION - 20 minutes to Denver/Boulder and about an hour to amazing skiing.

Welcome home!! We have a passion for hospitality and it shows in all the special touches we've added to our home for our guests. Our home is spacious, well-appointed, comfy, and clean (just read our reviews :) You'll love staying in this charming home that has lots of space for everyone. There are five bedrooms total that can accommodate 10 total guests. There are gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, an open-layout great for gathering, and many modern touches. We have a huge backyard (our lot is one-third of an acre) with covered patio and a grill. We are meticulous so our house is always very clean and very well cared for.

Our home is perfect for big families or groups looking to have a getaway on cozy and quiet cul-de-sac. Bringing little ones? Our home comes equipped with a beautiful crib, a pack and play, and a highchair. Although our home is not child-proofed, families with kids are very welcome! You’ll be able to enjoy our big backyard and covered patio. One thing to note is we do have a street running behind our home and from the back porch you can hear cars driving by.

We are very centrally located - about 15-20 minutes from both Denver and Boulder and a short drive to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, ice skating, AMC movie theater, parks, and more. If you’ve never tried the breakfast place Snooze then you must! Its about 10 minutes from our house and IS TO DIE FOR! Old Town Arvada is also about 10 minutes away and there you’ll find breweries, ice cream and coffee shops, and many great restaurants. Must tries include Fuzzy's Tacos, Homegrown Tap and Dough, and Scrumptious Ice Cream :)

Our home has 5 bedrooms with 5 beds! ***Please note that not all the bedrooms are “conforming”, which means a few of them don’t have closets. For these rooms we’ve done lots of creative things to make sure you have plenty of places to hang clothes.

UPSTAIRS (TOP FLOOR) HAS 4 BEDROOMS + 2 FULL BATHS. THIS FLOOR COMES WITH 3 QUEEN BEDS AND 1 KING BED.

MAIN FLOOR: 1 BEDROOM WITH QUEEN BED. THERE’S A HALF BATH ON THIS FLOOR (NOT ATTACHED TO THE BEDROOM).
