About this property
Charming 3-bedroom house with Star link WiFi and AC in Eugene
Square footage is approx 950 ft with ample front and backyard space. WiFi, Smart TV w/Netflix, electric fireplace, Foosball table (located in garage w washer/dryer), two queen beds and one full sized bed, as well as other amenities are included. The kitchen comes fully furnished as well as fresh eggs from our free range chickens when available. Yard service is every Tuesday after 11am and before 4pm. Garbage service is picked up every Friday. Throughout this fall/winter, we are planting seed and updating the back yard. In the spring, new concrete will be placed for parking and a patio/bbq area. Let us know of any ideas of what you’d like to see our space used for. Unfortunately, we are not a pet friendly home due to allergies of owners and guests. There will be a $200 additional charge for pet hair found in the home after stay.

Why they chose this property
This is an older neighborhood that we lived in when our boys were younger. We have kept this house with the thought that one of our boys may move into it someday. The neighbors are friendly and it is a fairly quiet area. There’s not a lot to do in the neighborhood but it is within driving distance to many areas/activities.
What makes this property unique
We try to have items on hand in the kitchen that would be needed but not necessarily something you would buy on vacation/travel. (Spices, oils, etc)
