This cozy 3-bedroom/2.5 bathroom, one-story house with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed is in a quite established neighborhood. This tremendous property offers a serene safe space while caring for love ones, or taking care of business or just here to relax for vacation. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like washer/dryer wifi and free parking. There is a large fenced-in backyard so perfect for families with pets. We are pet friendly over here. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. Our place will help you feel at home when you travel to Houston. Near two major parks ( MacGregor Park and Hermann Park) for a great workout or trails excellent for biking and walking. If you love animals as I do great because you're in close proximity to the Houston Zoo and the Downtown Aquarium.

I'm a native New Orleanian but I have lived in Houston for 30 years and I love it. There are so many opportunities for growth in this great city. As a real estate broker of 20 years, I love travel this city seeing exquisite homes and such diverse people.
Why they chose this property
This home has a great location. It's in a quite neighborhood just down the street from the University of Houston and Texas Southern University. If you like to exercise no problem. Hermann Park and MacGregor Park are close by and are great for walking. There are also bike trails along MacGregor Blvd and it's great for taking in the scenery of great big historic homes along MacGregor Bayou. You will not be short on activities being just a few miles from Downtown Houston, Discovery Green, The Aquarium and the Galeria Mall. House is a great place to visit and this house has all the comforts of home. Houston has some of the best restaurants in America. You'll love your stay here
