South exposed, lanai enclosed large deck, heated pool,(heat pump), w awesome view of canal with river view, enjoy your morning coffee watching the boats passing by! Kayaks available to enjoy the canal, fun fishing off the side of the canal. Dolphin and manatee sightings!

Quiet cul de sac, three large bedrooms/bath on one side, MB & Bath, walk-in closet on other side giving privacy! Heated pool great for lap swimming or just floating on, water toys, lounge chairs. Dolphin and manatee sightings!
