The Sand Dollar Condominium is completing a major exterior building renovation in the Spring of 2025. It has been a 2 year project & the Sand Dollar looks lovely & fresh!
However, due to Hurricane Milton in the Fall 2024 our pool area & beach access are closed for repair. Estimated completion will be mid summer.
We are fortunate to have beach access just a few steps from the Sand Dollar via the Van Ave. beach ramp. A short 5 minute walk to beautiful Daytona Beach sand!!!
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit (7' garage clearance).

Coming to Daytona Beach? Our centrally located condo has everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Located on the 12th floor with a southern exposure, you are at the highest level for a panaramic view of both ocean and inland waterway. Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking!
The ample balcony with comfortable patio furniture is a good place to relax with a cool drink and view the beach and street activity. It is always warm and pleasant during the winter months. In summer the sun is high and is there for a few hours in the morning. You can even watch a launch from Cape Canaveral.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest in modern appliances. Everything you need in small appliances is there for day to day living as is tableware. Wall to wall patio doors afford a great view of the ocean from the living room, kitchen and eating area.
The living room is comfortably furnished for conversation, reading and television. The TV is a 46' HD flat screen with a good selection of both high definition and regular cable. Again, there is a great view!
The master bedroom has full wall patio doors. Let those ocean sounds and moon light lull you to sleep. Wake up to the sun rising on the ocean. There is an adjoining bathroom with walk in shower. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, double dresser and 2 bed tables. Lots of closet space too, a his & hers.
The 2nd bedroom is ideally equipped to accommodate children and guests. It has a queen bed, 2 dressers and nightstand, plus a TV. It also has a large closet. The adjoining bathroom is a full bathroom with tub and shower.
A comfortable queen sized pull out sofa bed is available in the living room.
All linens and towels are supplied including beach towels. The unit has a laundry room with a large sized washer and dryer.
The Sand Dollar is a 55 unit condominium with heated pool, whirlpool, outside picnic area with BBQ and exercise room.
It has both underground and deck parking, sprinkler and alarm systems, guest foyer, reception/office manager and maintenance personnel.
It is located 4 blocks north of the Dunlawton bridge on A1A. All units are privately owned.
Service facilities, groceries, entertainment, and restaurants are close by. Some you can walk to! Daytona's International Speedway & One Daytona, Volusia Mall and The Pavillion [movies, eateries, major shopping] are 15 to 20 minutes away. Daytona now has a NEW Tanger Outlet Mall, (30 minutes). Orlando is about an hour and a half. And of course step out the front door onto the" World's Most Famous Beach!"
