Cozy 2 bed Duplex Apt w/ Hottub!
Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located duplex apartment. Newly remodeled and decorated giving this quaint little cottage a cozy feel. Completely fenced in for privacy and security, while still being close to downtown Colorado Springs!! With Easy access to the Olympic Training Center, Garden of the gods, the Broadmoor Hotel, downtown shops and restaurants, and so much more that COS has to offer, it makes this a great spot for a getaway!!
We DO have a quiet time of 11:00pm. We ask that you respect the other guests on the property.
We DO NOT allow the following at this property:
*PETS - if you have a service animal that must be with you, you will need to let us know up front, crate the animal at night and also clean up behind the animal.
*PARTIES / EVENTS - unless previously approved by the Owners.
*SMOKING - We are not 420 friendly and do not allow any kind of smoking in the house at all. If this rule is broken you will be charged for extra cleaning.
