Beachside is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience.

The Beachside is a custom built three bedroom, two bath home located in Holmes Beach. This spectacular home is west of Gulf Drive for easy beach access with no busy streets to cross. There is a wonderful heated, salt water pool and spa for your use. The pool area is tropical and spacious with a charcoal grill for your enjoyment. It’s surrounded by swaying palms and native landscaping. Restaurants and shopping are located within walking distance.

There is a full size washer and dryer and multiple walk-in closets for extra storage. There is a large, gourmet kitchen. The Beachside has just been furnished from top to bottom with brand new, beautiful furnishings. The master bathroom features a beautiful whirl pool bath tub to relax in after a hard day at the beach.

There is a 50” television with a DVD player in the living room, a 40" television in the master bedroom, and a 32” television in the guest bedroom. Wireless high speed internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling is provided.
This spectacular home will sleep six with a king bed, a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
Book early! This is a very popular rental and will book very quickly!

The Beachside is a one week minimum rental.
There is parking for three cars.

Great Beach House

The property was clean and well maintained, there were adequate supplies and beach equipment. The pool was beautiful and serene and you couldn’t beat the walking distance to the beach!

This was a GREAT property just steps from the beach. We absolutely loved the pool area and then close to conveniences like the grocery stores, shops, etc. We will definitely rent this again.

Reviewer Comments: The homes location, layout, and pool were fantastic I was disappointed that this is a no pet rental home and the rugs and couches were covered in dog hair and there was a dog bone under the couch. I can look past that because of the house being great except for the fact the rugs in dining room and living room had a strong dog urine smell that made it hard to even sit at dining room table. The property management company was great. Recommend them and would stay in this home in future after it has a deep cleaning and replace rugs!

Lovely house, luscious backyard pool/spa

Amazing week at the house! Enjoyed and appreciated all the unlisted amenities: pool toys and beach chairs. Close walk to the beautiful beach. Even though you can hear traffic from the main road in two bedrooms, it was easy to ignore. The luscious foliage does a lot to block out the noise and maintain privacy. We would definitely come back… if the price is reasonable

It was close walking distance to many great restaurants, just a short walk to the beach less than five minutes, a nature preserve is located across the road which is great to bring your kids too. Other people complained about noise from the traffic but it wasn't bad at all. House is equipped with everything you need for your stay pool toys, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards,charcoal grill. Would recommend to anyone.

Plenty of pool toys. Fantastic porch and wonderful outdoor space as well. Parking two cars is super tight but very doable. Keyless entry is a plus. Beds were all comfortable. Furniture was all nice and comfortable.Traffic was mentioned in other reviews but we didn’t find it noisy. Could be the time of year though. I’d recommend this property.

Everything was awesome except for the "terrorist" digital kitchen faucet that attacked anytime you were in range. Kitchen had all the bells and whistles except pot holders. Need a booklet that has wifi info, garbage pick up days and Selma Hayleks phone #

Busy at Beachside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our two week stay at Beachside was wonderful in every way except for traffic noise. The house is very nicely appointed, clean and tidy. The main suite was one full floor. The house does have several stairs so that might want to be considered. The home has a nice open floor plan. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and a great size. Our only disappointment was the traffic noise because it sits on the corner of a main road and that might not be an issue for some people. The home has close proximity to the beach so best of both worlds. It is also a short walk to shops, restaurants and groceries. I would recommend this home with a disclaimer regarding traffic noise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for beach-goers as you can walk to beach which is about 5 houses away. Corner location on Gulf Dr. can be noisy. The TV was almost impossible to turn on due to inadequate instructions. We finally gave up and kept it on mute. A high-tech kitchen faucet had a mind of its own and nearly drove us crazy. Other than those two annoyances it was pretty much perfect. VERY well supplied -- great kitchen cookware, etc. Third full bath on pool level is great.

Perfect Family House

The house was SO close to the beach and shops and overall close to everything we did. There was plenty of space for all of us (4 kids 8 and under and my husband and I), the kids LOVED the backyard, the house was very clean, and the host provided everything we needed for our mini vacation. It wasn’t a problem for us because our kids love noise when sleeping, but the road noise was a bit loud at night, so I could see this being a problem if you had young ones who wake up easily. Our code also didn’t work when we arrived but someone answered the emergency line right away and gave us a working code. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach and pool toys to use too. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back. Thank you!

The selection of local nearby beaches to choose from Holmes, Coquina, Cortez and Manatee made enjoying the beach experience without having to travel far from our rental. Island Vacation Properties and the Owner really know how to take care of their guests. We enjoyed all of what AMI had to offer us for the week. We Enjoyed it so much we started planning our 2024 Spring Break to AMI on the way back to WI. We will definitely be using Island Vacation Properties, LLC for or next visit to AMI

Do It All Over Again

It was very spacious. The main floor had two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and screened in porch. The ground level was the garage that went out to the pool and hottub. The other nice surprise was the bathroom off the garage. The house was located close to the beach and it was steps away from the shopping center and close to the grocery store. This rental met all our needs. We were extremely pleased.

We spent a lot of time here since we experienced some red tide during our stay. The outdoor lighting at night is stunning! 2. This is about a 3-5 min walk to the beach depending on how much stuff you’re taking. It was a perfect location! 3. The house is about a 1 min golf cart ride to Publix which was super convenient. 4. There is a 3rd bathroom in the basement that’s not listed on the site. It was very convenient to the pool area! 5. The house was very clean but there were a few things that could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival. We moved the trashcan when taking out the trash and there was an old donut smooshed on the floor behind it. But still, the house was very clean and wouldn’t stop me from renting again. The three bathrooms were super clean! 6. There are tons of beach towels and beach chairs here. There were no boogie boards as shown in the pictures though. 7. The balcony outside of the master bedroom upstairs is awesome! You can see the ocean from here. Adding a couple of chairs up there would make it even more perfect!8. The charcoal grill is very small and is not very convenient to getting food to and from the kitchen. We only used it twice. 9.This is a split level house and there are a TON of stairs. You will for sure get your workout in going up and down steps... 10. Overall I give this house 5 Stars!! We are a family of 5 and it was plenty of space and comfortable! Can’t wait to rent here again!
