Phoenix East, Unit 1205, 27100 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach is located DIRECTLY on one of the most beautiful parts of the beach. Our private beach is right out the back door of the condominium and the PUBLIC beaches are an eleven minute walk away if you should be interested.
Please be aware that due to the Covid 19 virus our cancellation policy has changed. If the governor calls a "Shelter in Place" or closes the beaches, we will refund your deposit in full, at your request, if your reservation falls during the period of closure.

Please note that our property is managed by Brett Robinson but is now only rented through us. Brett Robinson will take care of you when you get here, but because of scheduling issues, we have opted to do all booking ourselves.
Terry & I really love this unit. This 12th floor condo, with a new king bed (comfy memory foam) in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa (comfy memory foam) in the living room, beach themed furniture, a new 65 inch OLED (LG) TV and granite countertops, Sunbrella furniture (wipeable) and black stainless steel LG appliances make this a top renting unit. The balcony is tiled with new swivel/rocker chairs and comfy pillows for chairs and chaise. Two renovated outdoor pools and renovated indoor pool and hot tubs are provided for your enjoyment. It is sparkling clean and decorated in a fun beach-style. It includes many premium amenities but not a premium price. All the appliances are new including a large French door refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer, upgraded faucets & cabinets. The bedroom has a new king mattress. The sleep sofa has a new comfortable memory foam mattress. The unit has high ceilings and a spectacular view of the pass and Gulf of Mexico! Take a look and you will see why so many of our bookings are return guests. I'm sure you'll love this place as much as we do. . Check in is at the front desk at Phoenix East - pick up your key right at the condo. We have a 24 hour manned desk, maintenance and security on site. All Brett Robinson services apply. A large parking lot makes parking for more than one vehicle almost always available (small fee applies for more than one car).
Also, fyi, here are some of the cleaning changes that have been made in our building and are being implemented by our property manager, Brett Robinson.
Cleaning Individual Units
• Prior to entering a condominium, our housekeeping staff members properly fit themselves in a clean mask and gloves.
• Our housekeeping team all follow the same procedures. Upon entering the condominium, they adhere to the “follow the wall” method – beginning to their right and cleaning from high to low. This method ensures disinfecting all surfaces from high areas to low areas so that any dirt or dust containing germs from above is removed before cleaning lower surfaces.
• In the kitchen area, all hard surfaces and standard kitchen appliances are sprayed with an EPA registered product. To ensure effectiveness, the manufacturers guidelines are followed for dwell time to achieve proper disinfection. The dishwasher is loaded with all dirty dishes, pots, pans, glassware, cooking utensils, silverware, knives, coffee glass pot and blender glass container. The dishwasher is started using a dishwashing product, along with high temperatures to ensure all is sanitized.
• As part of the general cleaning of bathrooms, all hard surfaces in bathrooms are sprayed with an EPA registered product and manufacturers guidelines are followed for dwell time to achieve proper disinfection.
• “High touch” surfaces such as remotes, door knobs, entry locks, light switches, lamp switches, thermostats, refrigerator door handles, microwave handles, appliance knobs, toilet handles, faucet handles, shower handles, tub handles, balcony door handles, blind wands, washer & dryer knobs/doors, etc. are each wiped with an EPA registered cleaning/disinfectant product. The manufacturers guidelines are followed for dwell time to achieve proper disinfection.
• For hard wood surfaces that cannot be moistened, a microfiber cloth will be used along with an EPA registered product to clean and disinfect.
• All soft goods, to include upholstery, will be sprayed with a neutral EPA registered product for disinfecting and sanitizing.
• All balcony and hard surfaces and soft goods will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized.
• Finally, all floors are vacuumed and mopped. Hard floors are sprayed with an EPA registered product. To ensure effectiveness, the manufacturers guidelines are followed for dwell time to achieve proper disinfection. Upon completion of mopping each room’s floor, a clean mop pad will be applied to prevent cross contamination.
B/R Verified Clean
• We’ve enhanced the quality control process. In addition to their previous responsibilities, the inspectors will complete a second pass to clean “high-touch” surfaces with a disinfectant wipe. Inspectors will add to their traditional tasks by sanitizing soft goods, to include upholstery, with an EPA registered product.
Triple-Sheeting, Pillows, and Blankets
• In the COVID-19 pandemic world, we must remove the comforters from the beds in the condo units. This is to prevent cross-contamination between the freshly laundered sheets and the comforters, which may have been used by prior guests. As much as we like the way the comforters look on the beds, it’s not practical to wash comforters after each departure.
• To address this need, we have implemented the method of “triple sheeting” for all beds. In this process, we will use a laundered fitted sheet, a laundered flat sheet, and a laundered blanket. Instead of finishing with a comforter or bedspread, we will place another freshly laundered flat sheet over the top of the blanket and then smoothly tuck all in. This presents a very clean, crisp, and fresh appearance to your bed. This change will certainly help with ensuring that all is sanitized and clean. You and guests can rest assured that your bed linens are freshly laundered for your arrival.
• To add to the comfort of our guests and owners, we are increasing the number of pillows placed on beds. A king bed will now have 6 pillows, queen and full beds will have 4 pillows, and twin beds, due to their size, will remain with one pillow.
• Each bed will have an extra blanket packaged and sealed in the closet. These blankets will be packaged, sealed, and marked with a sticker labeled “clean and sanitized”. The sofa sleeper sheets and the sofa sleeper blanket will be packaged, sealed, and labeled as well.
