Inside the main house, multiple levels provide plenty of space and privacy for all. On the first floor, you'll find an elegant dining room, a great room with a cozy fireplace, and a plush leather sectional, along with four stylish armchairs ideal for enjoying a cocktail or conversation. The newly redesigned kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a six-burner gas range, griddle, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and a spacious island with seating for four. It opens to a dining area that seats six, complemented by a formal dining room for additional seating. Large windows in the kitchen showcase stunning views of Oyster Lake, while a wine bar with its own refrigerator adds a touch of sophistication. The first-floor guest bedroom features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a step-in shower. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a spacious deck with a porch swing and breathtaking lake views, while the en suite bathroom offers a glass-enclosed shower and a separate soaking tub. Additional accommodations include a third bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as two more king bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bath. The separate carriage house provides a cozy, private space for extended family or guests, offering a kitchenette, living area with a sleeper sofa, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities. Outside, the backyard lives up to the home's coastal appeal, with the rare dune beauty of Oyster Lake and a sparkling private pool to bask in the Florida sunshine. Spend your days fishing or paddleboarding on the lake, or stroll down to Dune Allen Beach. Whether you choose to walk, bike, or take a quick golf cart ride, you're only minutes from the soft sands and clear waters of the Gulf. Enjoy convenient access to popular spots like Stinky's Fish Camp, Gulf Place Town Center, Shunk Gulley, Papa Surf Burger Bar for dining and shopping. The Pearl Cove offers the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and a prime location, making it the ideal coastal getaway.
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As this is outside of 30A Cottage's realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!
Parking
The Pearl Cove has designated parking for up to 4 guest vehicles in the driveway. Vehicles are not allowed in the garage.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancellation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancellation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancellations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
