Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B9 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 8 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
Water is charged per 6,000 litre water truck at B1000. There is no government water on this estate.
Cleaning is included free of charge once a week. Laundry service is not. If you wish the cleaning team to also take care of the laundry, there will be a charge for this. They will change the beds, then either take away the laundry and do for you, or leave the laundry with you to wash yourselves. There is a washing machine in the villa.
