Escape to a beachy paradise at JK2Properties' 3BR/2BA property. Enjoy a luxurious master suite, cozy second & third bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room, and private balcony. Located in one of Naples's most exclusive complexes with amenities such as pools, fitness center, a golf simulator, a movie theater, meeting spaces, and more! Just minutes from beaches, shopping, restaurants, and Great Wolf Lodge. The perfect retreat for relaxation and convenience. Book your getaway now!

The property will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $250.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.

Note: the pet fee ($150) is PER PET up to Maximum of 1 allowed pet(s)!

Beautiful luxury condo with great location

It’s a beautiful complex and the unit was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable all week. The location is great with shopping, groceries, and restaurants nearby. Three different beaches and a great outlet mall were within a 20-30 minute drive. Communication with management was excellent too! We would stay again!

Great FL Rental!!!

Great, brand new apartment complex with plenty of awesome amenities and everything you need close by (restaurants, stores, etc). Awesome pool, private movie theater. We have three little kids and they loved the bunk beds! The unit was very clean and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. Thank you to JK2 Properties!

Great stay

Our family loved our stay here! The layout was great for us (2 adults, 4 teens, and 2 younger kids). Our family did utilize some of the amenities (pools, gym, and game tables).It was a great location for us as it was close to my family, an easy drive to beaches in Naples and Marco Island, and the location was safe for our older teens to walk around the area.The apartment is styled well, and well stocked. The bathrooms have hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen has everything you could need. I appreciated the little things like having coffee pods and tea bags stocked and a spice rack. The owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with.
