About the host

Host profile image
I was born in Michigan but am truly a California native. While there are so many advantages to living in California, the best feature is the beautiful weather. I enjoy hosting because I like meeting people and sharing my favorite spots. California and Los Angeles has so much to offer. Sometimes I forget that sightseeing is a lot of fun. You can be hiking in the morning, visiting a museum during the day and listing to live music or enjoying a great dinner at night.

Why they chose this property

I have always loved this part of Los Angeles with its proximity to just about everything. I can be immersed in nature in the morning on a hike, enjoy the beach and ocean in the late afternoon and end the day with a great dinner and a taste of the local nightlife all in one day. The mix of culture is also a bonus. The neighborhood is very welcoming, friendly and diverse and because of this, I have always been drawn to the energy of the area.

What makes this property unique

First off ….. THE LOCATION! Everything is here. And when it comes to the rental unit, it is cozy, uncluttered, airy and offers more privacy than what you will find with an apartment. The neighbors are respectful and friendly and the community is creative and welcoming. You can leave your rental and walk almost everywhere or jump in a ride share vehicle and enjoy a fun day or evening in a notable spot nearby.
