Uptown New Orleans is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods to live in New Orleans. The apartment is two blocks from the world-renowned boutique shopping of Magazine Street and a short stroll to the streetcar.

Walk to some of the best restaurants, live music venues and bars in town.

Getting Around:
So much is within walking distance to the apartment a car is not necessary, although, with a 30-day stay, many may want that convenience.

Street parking is normally easy to find in front of the home or directly on the corner.

Restaurants, live music venues, neighborhood watering holes, grocery stores, and more are within walking distance.

The streetcar is a short stroll away.

Uber/Lyft is very easy to get from the apartment.

New Orleans is a bike-friendly city.

Other Things to Note:
-There is one Ring security camera located in the walkway to the door of the rental apartment and a Ring door bell at the door. There is also a Ring security camera on the other side of the home at the front of the building and a Ring door bell at the owner’s apartment.
- This home is a duplex and has tenants on the other side. Please adhere to quiet hours.

Great spot in a perfect neighborhood

The house was clean and spacious. Hosts even ordered a pack and play for our baby. I can’t say enough about the location. Walking distance to amazing shops and restaurants on Magazine and breweries and a grocery store on Tchop. Hosts were great.
