Beach Vacation Dream

This 1 bedroom Condo is located on Ashford Avenue in Condado, a main thoroughfare of San Juan. Just steps to the beach, neighboring restaurants, casinos and work-out facilities, you get the best San Juan has to offer for only a fraction of most hotel costs.

Condado is also just a short ride to Old San Juan and Plaza Las Americas, which has everything for your shopping convenience.

The unit is located in a secure building that has a pool and onsite laundry facilities. There are AC's and TV's (with cable) in both the living room and bedroom for your convenience. There is a full kitchen, complete with all of your cooking, reheating and drinking needs.

From the balcony there is lovely partial view of the ocean and the streets of Condado.

Finally, the sofa in the living room has a pull out bed, so it can be used to sleep extra guests.

Please note, there is limited street parking and ample parking lots nearby, but unfortunately, the unit does NOT, come with a dedicated parking spot.

Also note, standard check out is by 11:00 AM and standard check in between 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

RELAXING

MY WIFE AND I HAVE USED THIS PROPERTY SEVERAL TIMES. IT IS IN A PERFECT LOCATION FOR OUR WANTS. THE BEACH AND GREAT RESTAURANTS ARE JUST STEPS AWAY. WE DID EXPERIENCE ONE ISSUE ON THIS STAY, NO ONE INFORMED US THAT THE POOL WAS CLOSED. WE HAVE A ROUTINE THAT WE FOLLOW. WE LAY ON THE BEACH UNTIL 1PM AND THE GO TO THE POOL. THE BEACH CAN AND USUALLY DOES GET A TAD NOISEY IN THE AFTERNOON.

Hobie Beach, Isla Verde

This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I really enjoyed it. The vacation rental I stayed in had a great rate, was conveniently located and had everything I needed. I was there for seven nights. I really appreciate Ivan accommodating my very late night check in. I highly recommend Hobie Beach, which is where I spent most of my time during my visit.

Too loud, too small, very dated.

The process to check in, and the use off the keys for everything was annoying (key to get in the building, key to get in to the elevator area, key to press the button on the elevator and obviously a key to get in to the apartment) There are a lot of business around so the trucks in and out since 5 in the morning was too much for me. The apartments is more like a studio. No storage in the bedroom no space to put anything. The kitchen sink extremely small. There isn’t really a balcony it is very narrow can't rally sit there too small and it looks unsafe.

Love this place

Second time here and I love it. Perfectly located. It has everything I need for a 10 day stay. The host is friendly, responsive, and unobtrusive. Secure building, feels like home now. I highly recommend it, unless you want my travel dates. 😆

Amazing

We had an amazing time in Puerto Rico. This place was in a perfect location. Everything was right there and other things were only a short Uber ride. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location, comfy place

I thoroughly enjoyed my twelve day stay. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed and was located very conveniently in the middle of the Condado beach/restaurant scene. The building felt safe and the communication with the host was good. I’ll definitely stay there again.

You’re staying where it’s all happening !!

This condo is safe, clean and truly in the middle of all the upscale restaurants, hotels and clubs. It also has easy access to the beaches. The location (and price) more than makes up for the expected noise levels outside a location like this. Ivan truly deserves his Super Host status!!

the property is located close to a good grocery and to venues to eat. Relatively close to race venue for 70.3 Ironman. very noisy. I bought ear plugs and used my grey noise generator and the air conditioner fan and still couldn't cover the noise completely. got everywhere easliy using scooters

Excellent Location

This apartment is in a prime spot surrounded by restaurants, shops and walking distance to beach. Place is good and cozy for two people. You can't go wrong staying here.

Great Time

Our two weeks stay was great, we were here for study and some fun. The location of the apartment was excellent for restaurants, beach, walks, and convenience. Wicked Lily was a find - ask about their beach chair service. The apartment was also well located for day trips, other beaches and old San Juan - Uber was inexpensive. There are definitely city noises, But they did not bother us. The apartment was cute, and perfectly suited for our needs. Our communication with Ivan was great

Excellent Location

The is a prime location in the Condado area. The apartment looks even better in person. I was impressed with sheets & towels. Ivan the host is very quick on email responses, in addition very accommodating & flexible. I will definitely revisit this property.

Pleasant experience

Everything was super smooth. Checkin and out was very simple. Very affordable and convenient for the area. Awesome food, bars, and beaches very close by. You can scooter to Old San Juan, probably faster than a car. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Unforgettable Trip

When I tell you this place was EXACTLY what I needed I’m not lying! The photos do the apartment no justice. It was perfect for me and would definitely perfect for a couple and even one more person comfortable. Center of a great block full of entertainment centered between two casinos and literally a 1 or 2 minute walk to the beach. Ivan was incredibly helpful with anything I needed, which literally wasn’t much at all because again LOCATION LOCATION. CVS and a Walgreens on the opposite corner of block and a small supermarket nearby all walking distance. I was there for 8 days and did not want to leave. Do not hesitate to book this place, you WILL NOT REGRET IT!
