The home is equipped with a desk and chair if you need to do some work while you're here.

Bring your boat along! You'll receive access to the community's private boat ramp less than a mile away. This provides easy access to the ICW and the Gulf. There's plenty of space in the driveway to park your boat, so you won't have to rent a slip at the marina.
