Cozy home
There were 9 of us total and plenty of room. Loved the upstairs so the teens had a separate area too. Pool in the back was cute, but would definitely choose to heat it next time. And won’t hold a lot of grown ups. The pool and lazy river were nice and kids loved the slides. The putt putt is a separate cost which we didn’t know just assumed was included in it since it was all there in one place. House was clean and beds were comfy. Would stay again. I loved that it was pet friendly. My dogs loved it.

Awesome Turkey Day in Orlando
The property was exactly as advertised, AWESOME. 15 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Universal! Our entire family had a blast and would use this property again if available.

Great location. So many stores nearby.The house was beautiful & very clean. We enjoyed the private pool and the hideaway club pool was a plus! Water was warm and the environment was very chill. Will definitely stay again and again!

The house was as described. We did find 3 cockroaches when we first arrived but killed them and didn’t see any others after that. The neighbors who moved in last day were very loud and disruptive but did quiet down by 10pm which was much appreciated.

Perfect Disney Vacation
Large, clean, well-equipped unit. Theme rooms for kids. Excellent location. Air-conditioning worked! Easy and prompt communication with property manager. Hope we can stay there again.

Great place
The townhouse was beautiful and very convenient to the theme parks and also the community pool area. Perfect size for a family of 10+ I wish the unit was a little more kid friendly with, pool toys, games, additional towels. We would return to this property.

The A/C was ridiculously hot at night
I message and emailed several times but they just gave us the run around about the A/C. They said they sent someone to come and check the A/C but clearly they were at the wrong residence. If you like your living situation to be hot and stuffy, this place is definitely for you. Everything else about the decent. We booked the house for four days and we were miserable each night.

The house had bed bugs and dryer vent was off so dust was everywhere. I told management twice and nobody came out to fix it. They did not seem to be in a big hurry to resolve the bed bug situation or offer us other accommodations with compensation. So now we are wasting lots of time and energy cleaning our clothes at home to make sure none came with us. The beds were not comfortable and very noisy.

Please Beware before Booking
If you are looking to book this property DON'T!!! I was so excited to be staying in Florida with my family for vacation and this place looked perfect online. Not to mention you COULD NOT beat the price for the space. However, the house was NOT as clean as you would think with on our day of arrival. There were stains on some of the bedding and dust everywhere. Despite it all, due to the great location and price, we decided to still give it try and enjoy our family vacation BUT after ONE night we quickly realized it was not great! The next day, while at Sea World, my son started to complain of itching on his side and back. We initially believed he had been bitten by misquotes. However he was the only one in our group had these red bumps. Upon returning to the house and throughly checking the room he had slept in, we found bed bugs! We were very upset as I am sure you can imagine. He was sleeping in one of the master bedrooms. Once we realized, we quickly checked out and contacted the property management company which is managed by Scandi. After their investor coming out to confirm bedbugs, Scandi only agreed to refund my money for the days we did not stay in the home. I never received any apologies for what my son, myself and the rest of my family just had to deal with, nor a full refund for us having to book another hotel on short notice at the very start of our vacation. I would think a large company would refund ALL of the days, especially given the circumstance.

Beautiful place and a very restful week
We had an amazing time and the home was beautiful and plenty big enough for our family! We stayed from Sunday to Friday and the home met all our needs! I loved that there were 4 bathrooms, that was super convenient! Communication with host was great!

Great house& location! Management company not good
Resort and location is wonderful. House was great and just as listed. Big complaint is the management company. They sent an email about check in-- either in person or call. I called a the person said they would email the form to return. I never got the form. When i called to follow up, i got a different lady who was rude. She said we had to checkin in person and the email and other person were wrong. The office is 30 minutes from airport the opposite direction from the house. This was very inconvenient! Will not rent any houses that this company manages.

House was well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to all the Disney attractions.
Loved the house and location. Only complaint each bat had half a roll of toilet paper and no extra. Had to run out right away just for that. All other items were well stocked for an 8 day rental.

Nice stay, but little issues
The stay was great. There were a few minor issues, but for the price of the house they shouldn’t have been. Ice maker on the freezer didn’t work and never remade ice. The two bedrooms downstairs kept popping a fuse, called and reported and was told it was fine and if kept happening then they would do something. The beds were a bit hard. It was nice to have beach towels to use. Overall stay was good.
