Deer Valley Townhouse, with New Private Hot Tub Just Steps Away from the Bus

If you want to have a wonderful ski vacation in Deer Valley, then we have the townhouse for you, Greyhawk #9 with all new black slate kitchen appliances in January, 2021. Our cozy townhouse has a fantastic location and everything you will need to make your stay memorable. First, the free bus stop is located only steps away at the base of the townhouse. The bus will take you in two minutes to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge to catch the Carpenter or Silver Lake Express lifts for a wonderful day of skiing. If you prefer Park City, take the bus the other way to be dropped off at Lowell Ave or the Historic Main Street in just a few minutes for skiing, restaurants and shopping. It is a seven minute walk down Deer Valley Drive to get to the Historic Main Street.

After spending the day skiing, return to relax on the comfy couch with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace on the main level or relax your muscles in the private hot tub on the back patio.

Our townhouse, Greyhawk #9, is a luxury town home with two master bedrooms and two and a half baths, furnished for your comfort. We have a Samsung 55' LED flat screen HDTV and blu ray player on the main level for your enjoyment. We also provide free WiFi (Wireless Internet).

When you are ready to retire for the evening, you can escape to either of the master suites with one on the lower level and the other on the upper level. Each suite has a queen bed, double vanity, jetted tub, TV and DVD player.

Deer Valley

We skied three days at Deer Valley. The condo is literally located on a bus stop so it was Very convenient to ride to and from Snow Park Lodge, and the condo has its own garage which was very convenient to park in. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was small (appropriately sized for a two bedroom condo) but well appointed with a nice gas range and vent to the outside. The showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The beds were comfortable, but I missed my bed and pillow from home. Because the condo overlooks Deer Valley Drive, there is some road noise, although there was virtually no traffic overnight. The carpet in the bedrooms look a little tired. But overall it was a really nice place to stay for my wife and I and our almost 13yo son, and we feel blessed that we could stay here. Brent the owner checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were happy.

Great apartment near Deer Valley

We had a nice four night stay at Greyhawk. The location was excellent - free bus right outside the door. We rented an SUV this time and enjoyed the free garage parking under the building. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Brent is easy to talk to and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again without hesitation.

Adult family ski getaway

Terrific condo and perfect for 2 couples. The bedrooms are separated by the common living area so a lot of privacy. The bus stop is right across the condo. I did not give a 5 for the location as it faces the street and I am a light sleeper but otherwise it is perfect. The managers were responsive and helpful.

Deer Valley Ski trip

The property is located right above a Park City Transit bus stop which is super convenient and makes it very easy to get to Deer Valley and/or Park City. The spa is perfect and looked new but it is right above the main road and adjacent to the stairs so don't expect privacy. The parking is located inside a parking garage and has plenty of room. Having stayed in so many places where you have to park outside, we really appreciated parking out of the elements. The communication, check in and information provided was outstanding and some of the best we have had. The condo is 3 stories with 2 master bedrooms. One on the top floor, living space on the main floor and they other room on the bottom floor. So whether you have kids or another couple, it's perfect. Cons; the cleaning service left a rotten, molded tangerine on the floor and a previous guest's sock in the bed frame. The condo just didn't feel very clean. The beds, sheets blankets, dishes and coffee cups could be newer and updated. Newer beds would be a major improvement. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would stay there again.

Exactly as Advertised

Brent is a great host, very easy to communicate with. The space was as advertised, two full ensuite bedrooms on different floors, making it very comfortable for two couples. Kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub modern and comfortable. Location was a 10min walk to Old-Town and restaurants, so no need to drive. Great stay.

Great Stay Deer Valley/Park City Condo

Fantastic stay! Location was perfect- bus stop immediately outside- catch the bus to both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain free! Hot tub after a great day skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Very clean. Lots of room. Management was easy to contact- but really we had no needs. Can't wait to stay here again!! They thought of everything- Utah mountains are dry- they had skin lotion, humidifiers and filtered water. Very impressed

Prime Location

This townhome is located in a prime location on the free Park City bus route for easy access to Park City and Deer Valley. Elevator makes access with luggage, skis and groceries easy. Owner provides an excellent introductory package and responds promptly to inquiries. Check in was easy via code locks. New kitchen appliances.

Perfect ski getaway rental

This is a very spacious and clean house only two minutes from Deer Valley ski resort ! We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the location, the roomy and cozy residence and the hot tub. It has clear instructions of everything you need around the house and we really loved it! Will book again!

Nice location and main living area, but a little dirty.

Good location, easy check in. Carpets need cleaning and over all a little dirty, outdated bathrooms with jetted tubs that are difficult to get in and out of. However the hot tub and main floor living area was great. Oddly enough there was no dish soap or any other kind of soap except hand soap.

Fantastic Experience!

This was our first time visiting Park City and it could not have been better. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect as the bus stop was right in front of the property. We were able to take the bus up to Deer Valley each day and it is close enough to walk to dinner/shopping etc. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and was a great way to wrap up the day after skiing before we made dinner. There were tons of pots, pans, dishes and utensils so you can make dinner. Brent was very responsive to a minor issue he resolved quickly. We will absolutely be booking this property in the future , if available, as we would like to come back during the summer as well as next winter.

Perfect location!

Perfect location, perfect for 2 couples, cozy & warm little condo with personal hot tub & BBQ. Right on the shuttle route so it’s really easy to get around. We had the best time skiing at Deer Valley.

Stellar location, great accommodations.

We brought our teen grandchildren for the unparalleled experience of skiing Deer Valley. We lived in the Park City area 1991- 2002. Lots of changes, wow. The shuttle bus stop is feet from the door, so easy to go to and from the base. We also used it to stroll Old Town, escaping the horrific parking. The unit was perfect for us, with the upstairs bedroom for us (loved the walk in closet) and the 2 girls downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and had modern appliances. The coded doors eliminated the “whose got the key” problem. The one thing we needed was a snow shovel/broom to clear the hot tub deck and cover. That water felt great after a day of skiing! Goodbye for now, Deer Valley!

In one word, location!!! It is easy to get to Deer Valley, Park City or The Canyons from the bus stop just outside the townhouse. Matter of fact, there are two bus stops so that you can go either way.

What makes this property unique

We really like the two master bedroom suites with one down stairs and one up stairs with the main area in between which is ideal for two couples. The location of the two bus stops just in front of the townhouse with one going to Deer Valley and the other to Park City and The Canyons so you don't have to wait for the bus to loop around.
