Discovers this fabulous 1-bedroom gem in Downtown Puerto Vallarta 8 minutes from the beach. This unique home features AC, WiFi, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed for any addition guests. You and your guests will appreciate the front patio for your morning coffee, surrounded by tropical plants and traditional living. We are conveniently located two blocks from the bus stop, and uber is available in this area! We are also located 10 minutes from the Malecon. Local convenience store (Kiosco similar to 7/11) three houses away. Costco is only 8 minutes away! Multi Sports recreational center (Estadio Municipal) is only 5 minutes away!! Enjoy your time in Puerto Vallarta at our amazing home with a modern touch, but still in an area surrounded by traditional living!
