About this property
Iconic location! Charming studio in the Latin Quarter, near The Pantheon
*** ENJOY THE BEST LOCATION TO VISIT PARIS !
The 5th arrondissement of Paris, also known as the Latin Quarter, is one of the oldest districts and visitors like it for its lively atmosphere. It's home to the Pantheon, the Luxembourg Garden and the famous rue Mouffetard with it's plethora of restaurants. Also, thanks to the nearby metro and bus stations, you can easily access other main attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and the Champs-Élysées avenue.
*** STAY IN A COSY AND FULLY EQUIPPED STUDIO!
My charming studio under the roofs of Paris is 30 sqm, very cozy, quiet and fully equipped to accommodate up to 3 guests.
• SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
There is double bed and a super comfy couch (it is not a convertible sofa bed). The studio is equipped with blackout curtains and the apartment is very quiet.
• KITCHEN:
The kitchen features a double stove, a small fridge, a microwave, a nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, as well as all the necessary dinnerware and utensils to cook. You can enjoy your home cooked meal on high table that seats 3 people.
• BATHROOM:
There is one bathroom with a toilet , sink, shower and a hairdryer. Bath towels are provided, as well as some toiletries samples.
• LAUNDRY & MORE
There is a laundromat just next door to our building!
Also, in the apartment you will find a drying rack, an iron with its board, as well as a wardrobe with hangers and shelves to properly store your clothes.
• TV, WIFI and USB
There is a fast fiber optic wifi, and a multi-usb outlets to charge your phones, as well as a TV with a Netflix account and an HDMI cable to connect your laptop.
• HEATING and FANS:
Wall-radiator and portable fan.
• PLEASE NOTE that the majority of historic buildings located in central Paris, like mine, do not have elevator. Also the last flight of stairs does not have handrail. Therefore, it is not suitable for babies, young kids, seniors and people with mobility issue who cannot climb stairs. Lastly, on the last flight of stairs there is an ongoing construction work. You need to go under a scaffolding to get to the apartment.
*** THE NEIGHBORHOOD and GETTING AROUND
You will find everything you need at your doorstep, such as supermarkets, organic groceries, late-night convenient stores, pharmacies, ATM, delicious restaurants and bars, bakeries, street food, etc.
Also, you will be able to reach all the attractions easily by foot, self service electrical bike, or by bus/metros/RER. For example,
• The Louvre is only 15 minutes by bus or e-bike, or 25 minutes by foot.
• The Champs-Élysées avenue - Place de la Concorde is 20 minutes by e-bike, or 30 minutes by bus.
• The Eiffel Tower is 20 minutes by e-bike, or 30 minutes by bus
