This property is just a few minutes drive south of Ventura Blvd in the prestigious LA suburb of Encino. You get the both of best worlds - the property is in a quiet area surrounded by nature but just a few minutes drive away from plenty of restaurants, cafes and everything else you need on Ventura Blvd. The freeway entrance is a short drive away, too.

The large screen TV includes Netflix and is attached to a swivel wall bracket to allow viewing from any angle in the property, including the bed. The bathroom includes a beautiful glass walk-in shower with a combined rain showerhead and handheld showerhead.

The comfortable sofa converts into a full sized bed to sleep 2 people with an added mattress topper for increased comfort. The newly built modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the utensils you need to make a home cooked meal. You also have access to your own full sized laundry machines.

All ceiling lights and lamps in the property are dimmable to set the ambiance. Double curtains allow you to choose between full sunlight, partial sunlight or full blackout.

The air conditioning unit heats and cools to your desired temperature, or you can use the ceiling fan if you just want to feel the breeze in your safari retreat ;)

Items for kids/babies can be provided upon request - toys, high chair, baby bath, car seat, crib, etc.

Other things to note
We live in the main part of the house, but your suite has it's own entrance and own parking, the only area shared is the driveway.

Pets are only allowed if disclosed in advance. We need to know the type and number of pets before confirming. There will likely be a small additional pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs.
