Family Vacation

Property was dirty to say the least, lots of dust on decor. Decor did not match pictures, one chair looked like it was found in a dumpster. Previous tents beer caps under chairs, stool at bar is ready to break as soon as next person sits on it. Vacuum was packed dust and dirt, plug on vacuum had exposed wires. The duster in closet was completely black. Mold in the master bedroom shower. The wooden stool in master bathroom shower had black mold all over it. This was our worst experience in a VRBO. Two on my sister in laws were in the same complex and both of their units were very clean and furniture did not look like it was found in a dumpster. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

Awesome location!

The condo had ample sleeping, towels, and amenities! Access to the pools, beach, and parking were phenomenal! Shower areas could have been cleaner & wooden stool needs replaced in master shower. Overall one of our favorite Orange Beach beach locations!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Gathering

This unit is clean, well equipped and comfortable-Master shower is huge! We especially enjoyed the artwork-It looks like local artists. The large TV was very nice for watching the Iron Bowl! Location is perfect-walking distance to the Flora-Bama restaurants, short drive to grocery, etc. We would definitely stay here again. We were here with extended family-we had 4 units in all and our Thanksgiving holiday was topped by a beach proposal as we all watched from the balcony. She said "YES"!

Great place

It was really nice, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and the gas grills all was good. Only 1 complaint was the AC in our room never got below 71 degrees no matter what the setting was. But overall a great place and will be back.

amazing getaway

we loved our time in PH1110. it was our second time to orange beach and regency isle, and we don’t want to stay anywhere else! breathtaking views from balcony, master and living room. great mattresses with clean linens and pillows. well stocked kitchen supplies for cooking/coffee. great showers (water pressure/temp) and towels. various books, magazines, games, and beach items are available which was nice.

Spring Break 2022

This property is lovely! It is stocked so well, usually I have to bring a bunch of kitchen items to make sure we have what we need, but this property has everything you’d need including the blender and an individual ice maker!! Todd was very fast to reply and took care of a small issue we had shortly after arriving. Within the hour we had our problem fixed! I’d highly recommend stay at this property. It’s close to everything and the beach was just a ride down the elevators! I loved how each bedroom has its own on suite so no one had to wait on anyone to get ready. I would stay here again!

Great Family Condominium

Beautiful condominium in a great location. Great for the adults in our party as well as my 2- and 4-year old granddaughters. Beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the outdoor porch and spent most of our time out there when we weren't down at the beach. We were there in mid-August so not crowded. Very little wait for elevators.

Awesome Condo!

Our Condo was perfect! Pretty, roomy and had everything we needed. The view was Awesome! I loved the long windows in the living room. You could see right out to the ocean! The balcony was so nice too! Todd was so great to work with. We love Orange Beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Room for adults!

I loved that there are 3 bedrooms with Q and K beds each with its own bathroom! Beach service was nice and location is great! Hardly a reason to leave, and walkable to Florabama... highly recommend

Great location

Spectacular views. We loved the big windows in the living room to enjoy the view when the breeze wasn't hitting the balcony just right. The beach is wonderful, worth getting the chair setup. The restaurants in the area were more crowded than we expected and food delivery was limited but we changed our eating times and had some great food before the crowds hit!

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Pros: easy check in/out, great outdoor pool, perfect location away from the crowds yet close enough to make a short drive to good restaurants, well stocked with necessities. Cons: carpets are worn out and felt sticky, they really need a deep clean or pulled out completely (We kept our shoes on to avoid touching them). Also several smaller things could use updating like toilet paper holders that are worn out and not staying together well, throw pillows that have small rips, etc. Those are picky things but overall the place could use a few updates to refresh the look. Overall we had a great stay!

Lovely stay at Regency Isle 1110

This was our first visit to Orange Beach and it was wonderful. The condo complex is on the smaller size and it was not crowded at all but peaceful and very family friendly. Our favorite thing about the condo was the wall of windows in the LR that makes you feel you are right on the beach even when you are not. Views are forever. Sweet owners have swivel recliners that you will never want to leave in front of the picture windows. Note: Balcony was smaller due to the larger LR and windows but it worked fine for 7 of us. Master bed was incredibly comfortable. Owners were so very nice and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. It could use some new flooring in the bedrooms ( Reason for only 4 stars on this one but overall it was a wonderful place to stay.
