Convenience in Downtown SD
Great building in East Village. Walkable to all parts of downtown and Balboa Park. Had all the amenities I wanted and the apartment perfectly matched the description.

Great Place for the Summer
Clean, up to date place with a great view. I enjoyed spending the summer there. Didn't need to interact with Property manager much, but when I did she got back to me right away and resolved the issue.

The place is exactly how it is described, it’s in a nice location right next to the highway and 8 min walking distance to gaslamp district. The condo is very safe and can’t hear any of the neighbors. Definitely recommend

Nice Clean place, close to everything.
We enjoyed our stay here, the building is nice. There’s lots of restaurants close by within walking distance. The parking is nice and secure. The unit is clean and perfect for a couple. Nice big bed!

Great Studio in Downtown
I stayed at this studio after relocating to San Diego from the east coast. The space was clean and comfortable. Everything you need is basically within walking distance. Great apartment And Great stay!

studio is completely furnished (linens, towels, etc.). There is a king sized bed, a kitchenette complete with sink, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven, spacious fridge and washer/dryer,coffee-maker!cable TV

Walk 3 short blocks west to the heart of the historic Gaslamp District for dining and nightlife. Walk a few minutes more to the convention center or downtown's Horton Plaza shopping mall anchored by Nordstrom's and Macy's. Walk 2 blocks east past the ultra modern, dramatically designed public library to the trolley stop. Hop on the trolley to visit Seaport Village, the Santa Fe Amtrak Depot, USS Midway, Maritime Museum, Embarcadero, Little Italy, Qualcomm Stadium, and even Mexico.
