This beautiful 3,000 sq/ft home is located in Choya Bay close to the Tuscon beach and walking distance to JJ's Cantina Restaurant. You’ll love my place because of the Coziness, Beautiful Ocean Views from the second story balcony and the comfy beds.

The Balcony upstairs has plenty of sitting area for a barbeque day and at night perfect for stargazing. Upstairs grill is charcoal and downstairs grill is propane.

This home has plenty of room and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay.

The upstairs has two separate Master Suite with King beds in each room, private bathrooms and balcony.

Great place and location!

We loved the home and love where it was...in the quiet town of Cholla Bay. We loved walking to the beach to explore and also to a cute breakfast place in the little town. Home was plenty big and awesome. Loved the outdoor balcony!

Fun Rocky Point Family Vacation

The house was perfect! Plenty of rooms for all the kids. Love the deck it was amazing to go out there early morning. Easy access to the beach. Only 10 minutes from town which made it nice. Also a plus there was a park right across the the street. Will definitely look at staying there again!

Great rental! beautiful home!

We had a great experience renting this house, the emails had all the necessary information needed and the host responded to all my messages. When we arrived arrived the house manager came as soon as we called him and was super polite. We will rent this house again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and beautiful home.

Great location in Cholla

Great place for an extended family stay. We spent a lot of time at the house playing games and cooking and the set up worked well. There is no oven and no satellite TV but the house is perfect for a family who wants to hang out and spend time together. Close to everything in Cholla. Owner is very attentive and responsive.

Family vacation at Casa Amares !

Took my family on a mini vacation and the house felt like home away from home. Everything was so nice and comfortable! Definitely will be returning.

Paradise with a view.

What a great time we had in Puerto Penasco at the Casa Amares. There were a few glitches from the very beginning of our stay with the WIFI and access to getting into the house but the owner and his caretaker were very diligent in making every attempt possible to solve the problems. The home was very accommodating and very comfortable for the 6 adults and 4 kids. The beds were comfortable and the location was very close to the beach and JJ's Cantina as well as other great food options. The view from the master bedroom early in the morning is absolutely stunning and will be great to see again in the future.

The house to absolutely beautiful couldn't say more but fantastic. Loved the sitting outside deck area above the garage. The only negative is to bad it's on the corner with a stop sign as you get alot of noise from that.

Very nice house to rent!

We rented this house with 6 adults very comfortable we spent most of our time on the rooftop patio awesome breezes. Roger is very responsive to any questions we had and does a great job, the internet was good and we were able to park cars in the garage at night which was great.

Our Yellow House in Cholla

My family checked out of “our yellow house” for the second time yesterday and we were very sad to leave. The house is perfect for our needs. Spacious, nicely decorated, located near the Cholla Park, and a 5 minute walk to JJ’s. It is a 3 bedroom house with one of the bedrooms having 2 beds. The beds are all comfortable with nice bedding. My father-in-law said he had the best sleep in this house that he has had in many years. The kitchen is well appointed. We didn’t cook on this stay but we did last time and found everything we needed for a seafood feast. My favorite way to start the day is to drink coffee on the second story patio while looking at the water. Although the house is a few rows back from the water you can see it from the patio and it’s a gorgeous view. The patio is huge and has been a nice gathering place for our family on both visits. There is a Bluetooth speaker system for the patio that my husband loves to use. Roger is an attentive owner and is quick to respond to questions. He is happy to clarify anything you need to know before the stay. Once you’re in Cholla there is a handyman you can call if you need anything at the house. We didn’t call him this stay but did last time and he came over within minutes to help us. Something to plan on before you stay: I am a hang up my clothes when I arrive kind of person and there are no closets in any of the bedrooms. The first time this threw me but on this visit I planned better to work out of my suitcase (which I placed on an ottoman in the master bedroom). No complaint on this, just something to plan for.

For a great change of pace!

So we normally do what most do when they visit Rocky Point, stay on Sandy Beach. However we knew that JJ's was the main show place for January Jam this year so we opted to stay in that area of Rocky Point. It is a great change of pace, more relaxed and casual. The house is fantastic with a great upstairs patio/deck. The house is spacious and nicely furnished. Its an easy walk down to JJ's and the boat ramp area. And new restaurants are starting to appear, like the Oyster House.

The great layout of the home gives the ability to view the ocean from just about anywhere in the home, the chiseled granite adds luxury to the kitchen and bathrooms as well as inspiring tile design through the whole hose spreading out to the front porch and top deck. It is truly a must stay at place.
