Whether you’re grilling on the porch or relaxing in the hot tub, this epic mountain retreat offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation!

Kitchen & Dining Room
Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, with top-of-the-line appliances, cookware, and a spacious dining area to bring everyone together. The open layout allows for easy socializing while preparing food.
Lake Access (Seasonal)
During the warmer months (March through September), enjoy access to a nearby lake. From Labor Day through March, note that the lake water levels are lowered by the local TVA, limiting access during fall and winter.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Feel free to use the pickleball and basketball court, outdoor gym area, hot tub, fire pit, and game room. The space is yours to enjoy from check-in to check-out!

➤ House Rules: We kindly ask that you respect the space as you would a friend’s home. No smoking or parties are permitted.
➤ Check-In/Out Details: Self-check-in is available. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Please dispose of garbage, wash dishes, and lock the doors before you leave.
