Getting Around:
By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area. Please be advised that street parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked in violation of this policy may be subject to tickets and citations. We kindly ask that you refrain from parking on the street. Thank you for your cooperation!
Rideshare Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a convenient alternative to driving. Simply book a ride through the app, and you'll be on your way to your destination in no time.
Other Things to Note:
Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.
Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am
- The minimum age for check-in is at least 21 years old.
- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors.
- No Pets
- No Smoking (strictly prohibited and could result in a fine)
- No Commercial Photography
- Parking in driveway for 4 cars max. 2 additional spot available in the garage if you'd like as well. However street parking is not permitted. Violators are subject to citations.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
